Soden bought BEFORE he could be accused of insider dealing....IMMEDIATELY on appt.Not a few weeks to get up to speed , NO board meets , how's the company DOING ???Imo Lansdowne know their is a deal on table current board opposing . That's why he's their man onboard and they are trying to change the board make up .
