A great deal of your problem Sarah is that in your manic haste to put a negative spin on everything you don't think, shoot from the hip and jump to conclusions, so you're unable to correctly interpret what people tell you and get it all round your neck.

The sale profits for remaining shareholders will now be £3.80 per $1bnn dollars paid, as oppose to £3.50 prior to the 18m shares being cancelled yesterday$4-8 BN price tag imo £15 -30/share

Dear oh dear ,

Macfly still rabbiting on and on and on and on. Its getting a bit boring now TBH.

A number of GKP Staff have been laid off , The yanks call it Temporary Lay off (TLO) its normal practice in times like this. Some , or all of them, will be brought back when normal operations resume. Dependant on the scale of same.

In addition ( having listened to the AGM) a few outside 3rd Party specialist Contractors specifically hired for additional project work , now put on hold , have had there contracts cancelled . Again all perfectly normal.

Note they have not been "sacked" because they were never permanently employed by GKP in the first instance.

He is agitated because "goatcam" never saw any of this coming.

18,059,064 GKP shares cancelled. Resolutions 2, 5, and 8 passed but without 80% of shareholders who voted. The Board will consult and engage with shareholders as appropriate & the Company will provide an update within six months of the AGM.

I think Jon & Jaap will be in a hurry to resurrect those dividends to shareholders & recommence a further buyback of GKP shares....

So Perella have , concentrated all holder s by 8.5%, stripped absurd option levels down to whatever buyer and seller agree,via the LTIP resolution. Corporate engineering magic.Sale could be as early as Monday.However the next masterstroke BEFORE SALE would be another BUYBACK PROGRAM, buying straight to cancellation,and yet more concentration.

They can sack the whole company and GoatCam would be unaffected.

Also the staff HAVE NOT BEEN PUT ON STANDBY they have been and are being terminated!

Reducing staff by 40 %. That’s a big cut , are we expecting some Chinese workers in to learn the crack and have a smooth takeover. 😆
