2P priced at $6 LOFL. That would need Oil price over $100.

Need the pumps soon otherwise daily production going to fall materially. That of course gives the MNR their excuse to pay smaller amounts. New capital required because much of the $100m at bank needs to remain in case the MNR don't pay up regularly (LOFL) or there's Turkish pipeline issues. I wonder how much of the $100m the departed one got? Musical chairs again with more options to be awarded? You want to hope there's isn't an RI, but there's more chance of the owners getting their noses in the trough again, imho.
