I think Donald Trump should complete the Mexico wall ASAP. I would go further and urge him to follow up with another on the US Canada border.

If he then shuts down the air terminals and seaports we could have a dream situation where not a single Yank is able to get out of the country to screw up the rest of the world.

That's what I think, anyway.

I will comment just a little.

Jon effectively had a gun to his head in regards arbitration from both the KRG and the Bondholders.

Damned if he did damned if he didn't.

Either way shareholders would lose.

People say "he could of should of" but I think realistically most so called options were non starters due to the extremely bad hand he had dealt to him by the previous BoD and the corrupt manner the country operates.

It does seem par for the course with GKP, that as and when various people discover the dubious things that have been going on, rather than do the honourable thing and blow the whistle, to a man they are happy to sit on their hands, shut their mouths and thereby become totally complicit, indirectly causing a lot of people to lose a lot of money.

Such people can no doubt sleep quite easily.

Edit, You mean those posters that stated shareholders wont lose 95% of the company, there won't be billions of new shares issued, there is no need for a restructure, the bonds can be easily sorted out and extended for years and there won't be a consolidation?

You campaigned really hard for board changes
and we ended up with a board that sold us to the bondholders
handed back 3 licences at a cost
gave the bond holders 65% of the only remaining asset for buttons (less than 150mil)
a board that is even less transparent than the previous one
and finally that reward themselves with HUGE bonuses for failure

Good Morning Guys,

This is a new management now and previous antics will not be tolerated. In the past there has been communication sent from the company to individual shareholders that has painted other shareholders in a very bad light, thus encouraging shareholders like Bob to actively attack those shareholders on online bulletin boards. I am in possession of such communication and so is Jon Ferrier. I think under the new regime any member of staff communicating in such a way will face instant dismissal. What went on before is not acceptable now by this current management.

There is a growing desire with some concerned (and that is more than one person) with very large, very well funded legal departments that think the whole of the 2012 BOD should be brought to account for what is considered to be some of the misleading statements that were put out around the time. There is also a train of thought that certain characters on the Internet forums who posted misleading statements to tarnish individuals or organizations should be brought to account. These people don't need to go to court, they can be simply penalized with the cost of litigation. What people were led to believe by characters like Bob was completely incorrect and just another one of his delusional campaigns.

As I said at the beginning this is a completely new management and should be viewed as such. They are doing the best they can with the tools they have. I'm confident they will be addressing a lot of shareholders concerns in the coming weeks. Watch this space...
