Indeed Terence, Indeed

Presuming these idiots have genuinely contacted the police, they have IMO been led by the Pied Piper once again down the garden path.

I don't think the Police Detectives are going to look too favourably on someone orchestrating wide spread police complaints who has already received warning about wasting police time. I further believe that they will find it a mockery of the process that on the one hand the "victims" are goading, harassing and trying to intimidate the supposed criminals while on the other claiming that they're scared.

In the meantime, the Competition is still running.

Correctly identify the three acquisition targets of Crestal Energy. A superb prize for the winner: four pints of Kozel and a packet of crisps in my local, current value £22. Cash alternative not available.

Get those entries in, my fine feathered friends!

Let's move onto the topic of Crestal Energy later today, shall we?

That should prove interesting.

CTC - as I observed the other day; some people are really feeling the strain! The notion that you can pass yourself off as a victim whilst indulging in uninhibited trolling and stalking, somewhat undermines the case for this police investigation; wouldn't you say? Anyway, thanks to Sarah Hills Dave - you've done just what I needed you to do :)

WildRider7: the Police are, as you know, finding out who these people are.

When I was a schoolboy there was a Police detective series on TV. "No Hiding Place" it was called. Some of our younger readers on here will remember it. Very good it was too.

No Hiding Place.

That is the reality.

If something happens to a company I am invested in, I assess the risk as best I can. I take a view on the likely effect on the value of my shareholding. If I think it's going to be seriously detrimental, I reduce the size of my holding to reflect that risk. That seems plain common sense to me. If I think it's just a bump in the road, I might hang on for a bit to see how things play out or I might sell up entirely with the intention of getting back in, if and when things pick up. I do sometimes have small punts where the amount invested is immaterial. I've got a couple of those running at the moment which are underwater. The eventual outcome will be either a big smile or a shrug of the shoulders.

But, if I had a significant holding, never in a million years would I spend years being angry and confrontational about a development I couldn't influence and is now history, all the while doing nothing with my shares.

But that's just me.

WildRider7: only a madman or madwoman would have behaved in this manner. We are in the realms of criminal psychiatry here, in my opinion.

Perhaps all is not what it seems
The fraudsters and con men and con women that can never leave here must have motivation.
Either through serious mental illness or by practical commercial design
Or possibly both in many cases😇ԅ19;😇😇;
Restructure or not to restructure ???

WildRider7: "means, motive and opportunity" are the three things required in the United States to prove criminal guilt. It is the motive which is the puzzle in this current context.

Another way of looking at it is in terms of:

1. has a crime taken place? (in the current context, of course "yes", hence the multiple Crime Reports)

2. who committed the crime? (this is standard Police detective work; in the current context, the avatar is known, so it's a bit like a thief leaving their calling card, with a nickname on it)

3. who else might be behind the crime? (this then overlaps the "motive" point in the US context)

Point #3 is IMO important, not least because it is specifically covered in England and Wales by the Accessories and Abettors Act 1861 (as amended)
