GKPhero,

No, it's the naming of the COO of Crestal Energy

that is covered by the Non Disclosure Agreement,

so name him, if you think you are rich enough,

or even pass on his name from another party. lol.

Can't wait for all my new shares to be credited. :D

Bob, do you wish you had followed the prominent Asher supporter's lead and sold out at £4?

A 99.5% fall must be hard to take I'm guessing?

WildRider7: if it is coordinated and linked to some person or persons...and can be traced as such...then OH DEAR.

The 1861 Act, as amended, makes the potential consequences of such a situation very clear indeed.

"but let me just flash your personal details in contravention of the T&C
and just submit to my interrogation"

Aha!

So this is a problem for them is it? You know - people putting up other people's details on these boards; making repeated reference to them, making menacing and defamatory statements in reference to those details? That would form the basis of a 'criminal case' would it?

Jolly good; that's very useful to know.

wildrider,

Her Majesties Court, is the LAW.

NOT the police, they are just servants to it.

IF the detective on your case wants to prosecute, he will have to ask the C.P.S.

to take it to court.

BUT...due to prevailing budget restraints and the likelihood of a conviction,

the seeking of justice can seem a lottery.

HAVE THEY TAKEN YOUR CASE THAT FAR YET ?

It is now dawning on me in view of the vicious herd attacks that we are noticing on the board right now. Which looks more like a public lynching by people thinking they can take the law in their own hands
That Cutthecagain is purposefully refusing to let go of my personal details and photograph in order to exercise pressure and get me scared (which i am seriously)
I would say she trying to exercise some form of intimidation

Solve it before the others do, and it'll be six pints of Kozel and a packet of crisps. Worth 32 pounds in my local. Not all in one session though, too many units.
