I won't use the PM facilities on here because of team Bobthenob.

And I will want to verify its you that I am talking to and not team Bobthenob.

harebridge- i agree, the current market value as defined by the Share Price bears

Actually, I think its being defined by near terms debt obligations.

And that's not external to the company

This share has been a monumental disaster for most PIs (and some IIs).

Its clear there is zero chance this is ever going to re-rate upwards. Even if it survives, its only to pay down debt or fill the wage coffers of those running the company and the KRG skimmers.

harebridge- i agree, the current market value as defined by the Share Price bears

no resemblance to the intrinsic value of the company. In my mind there is no doubt

there has been a concerted effort by a group of SPECULATORS to drive it into the

wall.
The BOD have been unable to arrest the decline of the company due to serious

external factors beyond their control. There has been a huge transfer of wealth

from long term shareholders into the hands of the big short term gamblers. This

has all come about thanks to the powers that be, allowing shorting to prevail in

small companies especially on AIM.

I have heard that Institutions do not buy and sell shares anymore, they

prefer to lend them out for a payment in return and dabble in short term

derivatives. There are 35,000 shareholders in GKP who will not be very happy

with the way things have unfolded here, its a very sad situation and everything

seems to have worked against the BOD and members of the Company.

There is still hope that the KRG will pay their huge contractual obligations
and that the oil price will recover to normal levels.I do hope the Bondholders
will defer their demands to allow the company to recover and exploit the huge
potential Shaikan asset.

They obviously needed a pipeline to shift enough to cover drilling costs. Tankers won't do!

Left here long ago. But not pleased about it, because it refurbished my property from 6p up.

Production will decrease end of 2016. Will need 77M to increase production that is equal to the Market Cap.

OK,

Is it time for an RNS to 'explain' the share price fluctuations? I wonder how that would go. Everyone can play at home.

"The Board is unaware of any reason that would lead to such a movement. The Board remains determined in its efforts to enhance shareholder value and, to this end, have elected to monetise the Company's Costa Coffee vouchers and Tesco Clubcard points in an attempt to reduce the debt burden. There can, however, be no certainty that such transactions will complete."

Sami has spent 12 mths fannying around. He should have been on the bondholders from day 1. Bordering on negligence.

The spread is being kind, it's under 8p to buy. Is there going to be a dead cat bounce? Or just sink.Still a bit toppy at £80m market cap.
