Thanks boysie72 I have said it several times, but the catalyst that will bring Esports into the Worlds focus is as yet, unknown, but it will come.

When it does share prices across the sector will be many multiples of where we are today. A little UAE Money is being spent, but the $Bn`s waiting will happen.

Unknown aspect, When?

An interesting read, but each esports company will have their own view and their own model to which they will follow through 2023. So for instance, 1 or many arms to Guild is that they are very community conscious and supporting at an inclusive level, educational courses for starters. They are building a brand, a brand that will be built by way of using their partnerships and the company itself. These are exciting times and hopefully the results at the end of the month will help to remove uncertainty by the market, but that is not important, the most important is the company is safe and progressing in a recession, but in a growing new sector. .https://esportsinsider.com/2023/01/esports-industry-predicts-2023

Ref the recent director buying speculation does anyone know the main market rules for closed periods. Earnings are due in 2-3 weeks so I assume we were wrong to speculate on the buying.

It's on LinkedIn, also noting Jasmine Skee is yet to be stated as CEO on the website but she says it on her LinkedIn profile. Kal Hourd has been removed on both.

Issue a life time ban or two and its problem solved, regular testing is a massive deterrent. I know this as I was tested during my force's career and believe me the testing team arriving at you location is scary stuff, its not a problem in real sport and it will not be in esports.

Home use in early rounds but Tournament venues(with drug tests throughout) after 4th round would deal with that.

There is one dark cloud over this that is being addressed, how to manage the use of drugs that enable the brain to be more active and responsive. Tournaments in person is manageable, but home use is tricky. I believe esports has an amazing future with untold fortunes at many levels, but gamers at home using enhancements is a real situation that will need solutions. Like I say though, from what I've read, anything that is a tournament where gamers need to be present is easily manageable. I'm sure they'll find a solution though.

Microsoft attempted takeover of Activision/Blizzard could well be the catalyst that will propel Esports into the stars.

The bid worth $69Bn will transform gaming across the entire planet, remember also that Sony & Samsung are developing new Games with high tech features.

UAE interest show`s no signs of letting up, in fact, there is every possibility of even more involvement from MEGA BUCKS Countries and companies. Anything that can be done on a strict budget has to be looked at.

Live Sport will be KILLED BY PLAYERS WAGE DEMANDS(LOOK AT THE RIDICULOUS RONALDO NUMBERS. MESSI NUMBERS USA BASKETBALL NUMBERS, USA BASEBALL NUMBERS) AVATAR PLAYERS is the future, where costs are limited and AVATAR WAGES ???? NIL.

Change will come & Professional sport will suffer. Esports GAMING IS THE FUTURE

In your own home, no travel, no huge entrance fee, no silly food/beer prices, all the family involved SAFELY.

Good find. "Whilst Guild will be Little Dot's maiden esports partner, the label is no stranger to sports entertainment brands having previously worked with over 30 celebrated clients. This includes the likes of the International Olympic Committee, Premiership Rugby, Formula E and more."Got a feeling we might get one more juicy RNS before the end of the month.

Microsoft are a top class Bell-wether. (A Sheep with a bell tied round its neck, the flock leader)

Microsoft see how the Gaming sector is developing and that includes, Esports.

MSFT has agreed to pay $69Bn for Activision, as yet the deal has not passed the regulatory procedure in USA/EUROPE and it looks like being a long struggle. Why pay such a huge sum ?? Sony & Samsung are putting together some fantastic/realistic games that will set the standards for years to come. MSFT want to gain leadership in this evolving MONSTER.

Microsoft are by nature a, MONOPOLISTIC BEHEMOTH. MSFT does not take second fiddle to anybody. First in, best dressed that`s MSFT. We are approaching the stage now whereby either Msft get Activision or they are never going to out pace Sony & Samsung.

All proving that, behind the scenes, the Gaming sector is growing at an enormous pace. Today`s prices of Esports share`s will seem Ridiculous in a very short period of time.

Ex CEO has now been removed from Guild LinkedIn page and Jasmine Skee has CEO on hers. Ex CEO has now been removed from Guild website, but Jasmine is yet to be stated, but obviously will do..The results in a few weeks will hopefully confirm the financial progress that will align to the partnerships created. Prove that the business is stable and maybe now in a profitable position. There are so many arms to Guild that revenue could come from many areas of this growing sector. They are laying many foundations with a conscious view on offering opportunities to the youth of today and inclusive too. The college courses were a perfect indication of this. There is much much more to unfold here and the sector will remain being one of growth and opportunity. imo obviously, but the sector continues to grow rapidly as is being proven.

How can the mms justify a 7% fall on a trivial 1.4m shares sold, 10m volume only took us up 11% this can't go on you would think.

The market is often slow on the uptake, imagine 30p, I'll be living abroad if it happens, boredom sells again today, probably jumping into arb so they can lose their money in a few hours/days

Goodness only knows what the Catalyst will be that will ignite the Esports take-off but it will happen. Sky, Coca Cola, Subway, Samsung et al are convinced, so are many others.
