Sorry I misunderstood what you meant by non regulatory, yes there was no legal requirement to rns this, as the win was in the public domain. As I've said its probably been issued on the advice of the brokers advisers or mms.

I was really surprised they didn't rns the win at first but they couldn't due to the stringent verification process, I actually disagree that its non regulatory, fortnight is massive and played by hundreds of millions, to be crowned number 1 whilst wearing the guild shirt is brilliant for guild. However I agree the rns could be a tactical move maybe to clear placement forward selling.

What do we think then, if it's an investor selling we should have had an rns by now or be close to one, if it's forward selling then what price the placement and what for given they have regular sponsorship monies for working capitol. They are growing fast and that costs money but they are main market listed so can only raise a percentage of the mcap from my understanding. Why bother. Either way it's been constant since the sky rns, we've heard nothing about what sky are bringing to the party.

The seller is mirroring the buyer today, it looks as though the buyer has a limit order set at 1.35p which is good sense as 1. He knows there is a seller 2. He gets a good price 3. The seller gets a poor price. Let's see who wins.

Its all about top line growth and the direction of travel. They have done well to sign up solid sponsorship deals and need to continue with more.

I suppose there might be a chance of a placing at this level, if it is already known, which could by why we are not moving.A placing is fine if the business has turned a corner and it is going to specific use. This time next week we will know!

Another large sponsorship deal similar to sky and the share price will 100% intraday, we know deals are in advanced talks and have been since last year so anytime now we could see multiple deals. The current mcap is less than the anticipated value of the sky sponsorship.

Lots of clues that earnings will be better than the last, the hiring of staff, AAA sponsorship deals, completion of the cost cutting exercise to name the more important but you just never know with earnings, often its how well its written and the forward looking statement is crucial. I'll let the mms play their games on release as I feel confident of the long term value guild will return. Of course any hint of a profit and you can forget buying in quantity on the day.

It was 31st of Jan 2022 that Guild submitted their reports, so assuming the same happens again, then the report is out Tuesday next week. At this level of mcap and with currently know business activity, it is hard to imagine a slightly negative report would cause much alarm. Still, on the other hand my investment is long term as the sector is early stage.Logic would hint at a positive report imho. GL
