Started to take a position here as the prospect of a decent discovery in Garfield is unfolding. Not many shares in issue and with pilot Mountain progressing my bet is we are in for an exciting 12 months.
rolo, thanks for the link i do like listening to the sunday roast as they often voice an unbiased opinion.

17.5p would be around the 15m market cap. GMET has increased around 60% or so in a short period of time, very good. Nothing goes up in a straight line though. I'd be happy to see it consolidate around the 15p level until news comes to drive it further.

Mick Billing, Executive Chairman of Thor Mining, commented: “I am delighted to release the results of the scoping study for the Pilot Mountain project showing potential for at least a medium term life on one, and potentially two, of the four tungsten deposits at 100% owned Pilot Mountain.”
mick billing is a non exec of golden metals nowdays!

So, Pilot Mountain is the largest tungsten project in the US. The Molyhil project is the largest tungsten project in Australia, owned by Thor Mining (THR) with IVR earning into the project. I have added the DFS above, so you guys can compare the two projects. Full disclosure, I do own a few THR for the uranium US projects, market cap is just over 5m GBP.

Assays are due for Molyhill in Feb, see the rns's from Nov. The market has completely forgotten about them.

Additionally, the gravity survey commenced on the 29th Nov 23 and was due to take 4 weeks to complete, factoring in the Christmas holiday news should be due on that as well.

Molyhill is THE largest tungsten deposit in Australia.

The Molyhil project has a JORC (2012) compliant Mineral Resource Estimate of 4.3Mt @ 0.27% WO3, 0.1% Mo, 17.75% Fe (Thor Energy PLC, 2021). In July 2020, the Northern Territory government granted the Molyhil project Major Project status that will facilitate future regulatory approvals.

Pilot Mountain hosts a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 12.53Mt @ 0.27% WO3 for 34.3kt of contained tungsten metal with significant silver, copper and zinc credits. This resource is made up of only two of the four deposits on the property (Desert Scheelite and Garnet), significant upside potential exists within the Gun Metal and Good Hope prospects.

The Project has undertaken metallurgical testwork and a 2018 Scoping Study for a conceptual open pit mining operation with a 12-year mine life.

Thanks for the feedback, I would have mentioned this on a few bb's a few weeks ago but you get called a lot of unseamly names if you do that. Sad really as people should be open to doing research.

I did however mention it on here.
