07/5/2024 09:10 | A sum of that size could well be POW exercising their warrants. | 888icb
07/5/2024 08:27 | Quite a large sum that. | the count of monte_cristo
07/5/2024 07:19 | Another £430k into the coffers. More exploration funds. Some cheaper RC drilling at Garfield, hopefully this summer. It would be great to have two major economic projects. | smart48

01/5/2024 12:23 | A number of the warrants that are due to expire on the 10th of May have been exercised but POW who have the largest number as the largest shareholder have yet to exercise. One would expect POW would exercise their warrants in the next few days which will provide GMET with a decent cash injection. | 888icb
01/5/2024 11:13 | Edit: "Together with every two Placing Shares and every two Subscription Shares, each Placee and Subscriber will also be granted one warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one further new Ordinary Share at 10.75 pence per Ordinary Share, for a period of 12 months from Admission, and one warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one further new Ordinary Share at 17 pence per Ordinary Share, for a period of 24 months from Admission. Further details of the warrants are set out in Part VI of the Company's AIM admission document." So the 10.75p warrants expire on 10 May 2024 and the 17p warrants on 10 May 2025. (The 25p warrants expire on 11 March 2025 | metis20
01/5/2024 10:55 | Delayed my trade so it shows as a sell. Oh those tricky market makers!! | smart48
01/5/2024 10:39 | For background to today's RNS, see the 18 March RNS. Here is an extract:- "One of the key targets of interest is the untested Porphyry South target as it may represent the porphyritic intrusive body (causative porphyry) that could be responsible for the skarn-type mineralisation found at Pilot Mountain (see Figure 1 and 2)." | metis20
01/5/2024 10:38 | 9.50am added 64+k shares, not yet showing. 15.42p looking back not my dearest ! Yet I believe the prospects are now more favourable than several months back when the share price was at its peak. With the limited free float, a couple of tasty early drill results could be very positive. Any serious uptake from American investors, especially HNWI after Oliver’s recent conference would propel to new highs. Positive news on grant applications would do likewise. After May 11th, when warrants have been taken up or expired, stock could become difficult to obtain, as people hold to await drill results. Seriously hoping that the Truth Machine verifies my confidence!!! | smart48
01/5/2024 07:26 | "Magnetic geophysics survey successfully delineates two significant magnetic high anomalies within the 'Porphyry South' target area, the most significant of which measures approximately 500 m x 750 m (open to east). NEXT STEPS Golden Metal is very encouraged by the results and has immediately requested three dimensional ("3D") inversions of the magnetic dataset which will provide a 3D model of the 'Porphyry South' magnetic targets. During the planned upcoming drilling campaign, the Company will be testing the 'Porphyry South' target with at least one drillhole." | metis20

29/4/2024 07:31 | Good luck Oliver in Washington over the next couple of days. Promoting the company to potential investors. Meeting government representatives, expediting government funding. Meeting executives of mining titans, lining up interest in JV’s or future acquisition ? Oliver is an excellent communicator, his enthusiasm is infectious and his goals are strongly aligned with shareholders. Commodities climbing, In demand, security of supply, multi commodity project, government funding, growing the reserve, excellent C.E.O. I think the stars may all just be aligning! 28/4/2024 18:16 | If SundayRoast are promoting it be very very careful. In August 23 Roast were paid £52.5k at 8.5p a share to pump this share. They will be selling these shares into their successful pump “2 August 2023 Golden Metal Resources plc ('Golden Metal' or the 'Company') Settlement of Fees - Issue of Equity Golden Metal Resources plc (LON:GMET), a mineral exploration company focused on tungsten, gold, copper and silver within Nevada, USA, announces the settlement of certain professional and marketing fees through the issue of equity. Golden Metal has agreed with two suppliers of professional and marketing services with invoice values totalling £52,500, that their fees will be settled through the issue of 617,647 new Golden Metal ordinary shares of 1.0p each ("Fee Shares") valued at 8.5p per share.” Inevitably they will promote whatever nonsense the company want them to say as they are incentivised to pump. 28/4/2024 16:05 | OF in Washington DC On todays Sunday Roast they mentioned in passing the issue of the drilling permits and the expected commencement of drilling on 11thMay which coincides with the anniversary of GMET’s listing. One of them mentioned he had spoken to OF during the week and that the list of meetings he had was very impressive. He didn’t list them but did say there were meetings with some of the very big players. I would imagine the grant or grants that have been applied for are dealt with in Washington. It would be a perfect storm if the grant were to coincide with the commencement of drilling but so long as it comes everything is looking very positive.OF has achieved a lot in the 12 months from its listing and deserves to be highly commended for his work ethic and his achievements. | 888icb

22/4/2024 07:45 | “ Oliver Friesen, CEO of Golden Metal, commented: "A huge thanks to everyone on the team for all of the hard work that has gone into finalising preparations for this exciting drilling campaign. So much existing knowledge is held by those who have been involved with the Project previously, and we are thrilled that so many were interested in getting involved again as we look to rapidly grow and advance the Project given the USA's very pressing need for a domestic source of tungsten. We believe the importance and criticality of this Project is nearing all-time highs, and with this drilling programme we aim to both increase in-ground resources and collect import data which will be required in order for us to complete the Project's first economic study, further details of which we will announce in due course. I am very much looking forward to an exciting and news-rich spring and summer for Golden Metal." | 888icb

22/4/2024 00:05 | The Sunday Roast podcast had as its guests Paul Johnson the former CEO before Shaun who remains a large shareholder with 3.7% and Charles Archer who has written reports on POW. There is a lot of very positive talk about POW and GMET particularly how undervalued they both are. It’s a long podcast which doesn’t just discuss POW and GMET but worth a listen as obviously Paul Johnson has some interesting insights having been involved with POW from the beginning. | 888icb
