Incidentally, the share price would have to be about 190p
for your heirs to keep the current 115p per share after IHT,
so the IHT exemption on Griffin shares held for two years is
worth an extra 76 pence per share. Selling at 168 would have
been a blunder, if you even got that price (which you didn't)
as far as ones heirs are concerned.

Ap has, unwisely I feel, been very transparent about his
GFM dealings. Everything you say about those dealings is
distortion and misrepresentation of what he has posted.
Saying you don't believe him is one thing, but claiming
that he actually said something else (like your frequent
claim that his sensible tax planning is "fear" of IHT), is
simply despicable. And a sin against the rules of logic.

Alan, we need inflation to stay around this figure. Hopefully interest rates will stay around 4.5 percent. At least pensioners will have had around an 18 percent increase over two years come April meaning with the tripe lock and inflation staying where it is will give them an increase each year and savers a return on their savings. It's in the government's interest to get people to save otherwise when they retire the amount of benefits paid will go up forcing even higher taxes to pay for it.

zoo good morning big drop on Perseus overnight and zinc is in a daily downward trend now , good for sage having a go at up he needed it I wish he would just disappear ,inflation is down to 3 . 4 % which is better than expected ,off to the cafe soon good luck,
