zoo good morning it’s a cold one here but temperatures are rising to double figures by the weekend ,Perseus was down overnight looks like gold is backpedaling again ,looking forward to the phillis saga on the SHA board today will he won’t he ,ha ha ha ,my diabetic reading was 60 down from 65 ,I managed to wring out six months which I’m happy with, and the anemia is only mild I got some iron tablets from Amazon which my doctor is happy for me to take ,finally my hearing test showed there is no change from a year ago, hope your having a good time ,good luck,

just got home to muck muck and more muck even on the SHA board it’s the will I won’t I sell, with the a saying I’m right behind you ,get a life you badly need it ,my THR is top of the leader board it’s a shame I don’t have a lot ,ha ha ha

zoo been in Eastbourne most of the day nice lunch and a good walk perfect , my friend in London sent me an e Mail pointing out a post by rose on the SRB board on the 11/1 calling somebody a liar that’s rich coming from the biggest liar on here and using the word yeah!no wonder he’s a failed proof reader, hope your still enjoying yourself no snow now down south but extremely cold I’m glad I’m not swimming ,good luck
