At first glance it appeared slightly disappointing. But on reflection I took encouragement from the detail.
The missed target of commercial production looks like a modest single month slippage, explainable considering the flooding that washed away the rail link to the port, followed by a 1.5m snowfall! I think they did quite well considering.
On the financial side, AgEq AISC for 2025 should be $9-$10 per ounce against the current silver price of $31. Production guidance for 2025 of 12,000 - 13000 oz at a margin of $21+ should make short work of the modest debt!
Better still is the prospect of reduced AISC in FY2026 coupled with the possibility of increased tonnage from 0.8Mtpa to 1.3Mtpa.
