"It's undervalued ..."

Thank you for admitting that it's undervlaued, Ryan!

But true value always seems to out eventually in the end.

Benjamin Graham:
“In the short run, the market is a voting machine but in the long run, it is a weighing machine.”

The world needs a lot more graphite, and GROC can help to provide it.
It's Amitsoq-Kalaaq graphite project in southern Greenland is very accessible, right on the coast, and close to a port and airport.
The latitude is similar to northern Scotland, and it's ideally positioned between America and Europe.

Moreover, Amitsoq-Kalaaq is an exceptionally high-grade flake graphite project, and has successfully produced graphite previously.

It looks to me to be a quite exceptional opportunity, and with plenty of good newsflow in the offing I fully expect this to multibag in the medium term.

Investors will be fighting for a piece of GROC's Amitsoq-Kalaaq graphite project: a quite stunning and unique opportunity.

It's undervalued because no one wants these assets, they are in the middle of nowhere near no infastructure and historically very bad.

Your share price shows and proves this currently almost %30 down from it launch and continuing to drop at alarming rates....

Another pump and dump, complete failure!?

Focus Graphite (FMS), which is traded on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada, 12-bagged from CA$0.02 at start of last year to CA$0.25 this February.

It's since fallen back in line with the sector, but is still CA$0.09c., market cap CA$43.829M. (£25.86M.)

And interestingly, its share price has recently been recovering again.

Focus Graphite (FMS):

"Lac Knife
Focus’ flagship Lac Knife Project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Québec, about 27 kilometres south of Fermont. ...

Lac Knife Open Pit Mineral Reserves*
Category Tonnage (kt) Cg Grade %
Proven 429 23.61%
Probable 7,428 14.64%
Proven and Probable 7,857 15.13% ..."

So FMS's flagship Lac Knife graphite project contains just under 8 million tonnes of proven-probable ore, with a graphite grade of 15.13%.
I.e. 1.19 million tonnes of graphite in-situ.

GROC's Amitsoq-Kalaaq graphite project in comparison is targeting up to up to 11.5 million tonnes of ore, at a graphite grade of 23-39%, i.e. up to about three times the graphite of Lac Knife, and at far better grades.

Considering that the Lac Knife project is positioned to become one of the lowest-cost, highest-margin producers of graphite in the world, this really illustrates what a very exciting commercial asset GROC has in its Amitsoq-Kalaaq graphite project.

And of how extraordinarily undervalued GROC is.

GROC's chart is now looking very oversold technically, so I'd expect it to bounce up even before news.

More news due here. Possibly in the next couple of weeks. The results of a different type if testing.
Some more confirmation that this is a world class field could help the clearing of the ipo shares. This companies share price could rise faster than its parent company. The Greenland regulators seem to be more receptive than the welsh.

"What is Graphite used for?

Graphite has many uses, but the current demand for it is mostly driven by the production of batteries for electric vehicles (EVs). ...
With the world shifting towards more sustainable, renewable sources of energy, and the rising costs of fuel prices, the demand for graphite will continue to be strong for many years to come. However, up until now, China has been the predominant sources for graphite in the world ...

Demand for Graphite is Growing

In today’s world, graphite is considered a key, strategic material in the emerging green technology economy that includes advances in energy storage, electric vehicles and electronics from smartphones to laptops.

New applications such as lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells and nuclear power can create significant, incremental demand growth in the future.

For example, it takes 20 to 30 times more graphite than lithium to make lithium-ion batteries. Each hybrid electric car uses about 22 pounds of graphite, while an entirely electric vehicle uses about 110 pounds.

The use of lithium-ion batteries is growing rapidly in consumer electronics, and they are now becoming popular not just in consumer vehicles but in trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trucks, buses, and boats, as well as in industrial applications such as powering fork lifts, automated warehouses, power tools and other equipment. Growth in demand for graphite will only continue with the increased electrification of vehicles and other machines.

As the green technology economy grows, demand for graphite could outstrip supply over the next decade. With no US graphite mines currently in production, interest in Canada as a secure source of graphite has been rising for the past few years and will continue to grow."

... The exploration target for Kalaaq currently stands at 4.0-7.0Mt grading 23-39% contained graphite. ..."

From GROC's AIM admission document, 22.9.21:-

"GMA conducted test mining at Amitsoq in 1904 but stopped in 1915 after the onset of the First World War. Mining recommenced in 1918 and continued until 1922 when the site was abandoned. The quantity of ore mined from the deposit varies significantly across historic reports, but it can be estimated that the total ore extracted lies somewhere between 4,785 and 5,726 tonnes during the period 1914-1922. The grade of this ore was variably reported as 20- 25% carbon, but no detailed records or assay certificates were kept. The graphite flakes were noted as being particularly large, up to 15mm in some instances."

So GROC's Amitsoq-Kalaaq graphite project is targeting up to 11.5 million tonnes of ore.

Whereas the former Amitsoq graphite mine has had under 6,000 tonnes of ore extracted - well under a thousandth of the amount now being targeted.

Clearly the historic mining has barely scratched the surface of the opportunity here.

And moreover, graphite at particularly high grades and flake size.

It's time for the market to wake up to this quite stunning opportunity.

"This share price is going to loose lots more ..."

Loose, LOL! You're an illiterate moron, Ryan.

The company is succeeding superbly, and the exciting fast-tracking is looking more achievable than ever.

This is one of the best opportunities on the London Stock Exchange, and a massive rebound should be imminent.

I would certainly expect double figures in the short term, and then further gains from that going forward.

This share price is going to loose lots more, they were never going to fast track anything just say that and hope it caused some investor buzz....

It's failed, anyone who invested is now down lots and the fall is not going to stop. Just like Alba it will be a full %90 loss soon and already it's almost a full %30 down!?

3 x 10k sells and a 125k buy. Someone is unloading as someone is buying. This sort of trading has been going on for a week or so.
The question is, why take place in an ipo and then sell at a loss.
If the seller stops and the buyer keeps mopping up the shares the share price could quickly rise back to 10 pence for a 20% gain.
You can check todays trades and then monitor the share.

Another thing is Ryan, you only post about GROC and ALBA, at least under this user name.

All you're doing is telling people what NOT to buy (GROC and ALBA) ... but what SHOULD they buy instead?

Please tell us what you think is a better mining sector investment that GROC.

Because I've looked at the hundred or so London-listed mining shares this year, and I'm not aware of a better opportunity than this.

Ryan,

Three of these projects should/do contain billions of dollars of metal/mineral in-situ
- I can post the calculations if you wish.

So you expect us to believe your bizarre claim that all the drilling results etc. have been faked, a very serious fraud and criminal offence.

If you really believed this to be the case, why aren't you going to the authorities?

Of course, the reality is that you are a multi-handled troll, who has already been exposed multiple times for lying.

And the company is cashed up for a period of bullish newsflow.

Moreover, you're not even original.

I called you a tit, once, in post 40 above.

You'd never used the word before, but since then you've used it repeatedly, here and on the ALBA thread ...

Still, they say that imitation is the greatest form of flattery!

The ipo 52,000.000 shares issued at a placing price of 10 pence creating a market cap of 11.1 million pounds.
But someone is selling down shares bought in the ipo at around the 8 pence mark. Todays news will speed up demand. But I would not hazard a guess as to why someone is exiting at so low a price.
The share price now could be the base from which to start. 425.000 in big blocks sold over the last two days. But how many need to be shifted at these levels..

Around 275,000 shares went through in one day around these levels. Today we are seeing sells that are further reducing the seller from the ipo. The shares are now very cheap and the seller is giving those without shares the chance to buy below the ipo price. A 20 percent discount and an increase in asset value.

Great news. This will help to create the buying and volume that will take the share price up too and then above the IPO price. The larger size of minerilisation will aid funding if required and also long term revenues when they start to arrive. Then hopefully the share price will rise and take alba up.
This really is a promising rns.

This is obviously a great RNS, which is why GROC has turned blue today.

The news about GORC's huge graphite project is clearly brilliant, and underscores what an exciting and undervalued opportunity this is.

And there's plenty of more good news expected shortly too.

Hopefully though GROC won't take off quite yet, because I haven't finished topping up yet ...

P.S. Thank you Bob.

09/11/2021 07:00 UKREG GreenRoc Mining PLC Significant Graphite Extensions Identified: Kalaaq

GreenRoc Mining plc (AIM: GROC), the AIM-quoted company developing mining projects in Greenland in critical minerals, is pleased to provide results from the field programme at the Kalaaq Deposit, part of the Amitsoq Graphite Project, undertaken between July and August 2021.

Key Points

-- Substantial zones of mineralisation confirmed and extended at the Kalaaq Deposit, located on the Greenlandic mainland and due south of the Company's 100% owned Amitsoq Graphite Project, one of the highest-grade graphite projects globally.

-- New zones of mineralisation have been discovered, and greater confidence in the continuity of the previously identified zones achieved through channel sampling, grab sampling and beep mat surveys.

-- The projection of the Upper Graphite Zone (UGZ) that was identified in 2017 has been extended 360m to the south and is open along strike.

-- The Lower Graphite Bed has been extended 300m along strike to the north where values of up to 33.1 C(g)% have been recorded.

-- The newly discovered Niels Hede Pedersen (NHP) Zone has now extended the identified graphite mineralisation of the BLZ Zone a further 1.3km and again is open on strike.

-- A potential new area, termed the New Domain Zone (NDZ), with a grab sample grade of 32.1 C(g)%, has been identified 1km to the south-east of the current Exploration Target Boundary (see Figure 4) and a further 540m along strike from the graphite horizon mapped during the 2017 campaign. This sample indicates the potential for an additional mineralised graphite zone outside the primary target zones on the western side of the Kalaaq Deposit.

GreenRoc's CEO, Kirk Adams, commented: "This summer's campaign at the Kalaaq Deposit has been highly successful in extending the strike lengths of the known mineralised zones, discovering new zones of mineralisation, and identifying high grade samples outside of the Exploration Target area. The assay values from the sampling programme range from 17.43 to 33.1 C(g)% and this confirms our faith that this is an extensive high-grade graphite area.

"The extensions we have identified outside the current Exploration Target area, which was based on the 2017 geological mapping and sampling programme, are particularly exciting as they indicate significant additional potential. This field campaign gives GreenRoc the platform to design a drilling programme which will target the identification of the third dimension of the mineralised zones that have been now brought into focus by this year's fieldwork." ...

Thankyou hedgehog 100 for sharing your experience. Mining can be a bit specialist. I have been watching groc because of its connection to alba.!! IHC owned a processing plant that Bluejay shipped to for checking if the ilmenite was of grade and free enough of contaminants. It's an early stage check....

Your really not clued up much about early stage stuff, just doing a few drills and rubbish isn't early stage it's nothing, prelim speculation at best.

Get a grip you tit, people are bashing this because it has nothing to offer and your answers are mere ramps and fantasy....!?
