Posted at 04/10/2024 07:55 by mininglamp There is a significant valuation anomaly for GROC compared to peer groups, it is very hard to understand how this company can command such a low valuation given the excellent progress made. The recent statement to market suggests their Mining Licence in Greenland may only be months away, that ML is a massive valuation driver for the company and in particular it's shareholders. It is also very rare that a company so project advanced has only 195m shares in issue, many juniors at GROC's stage would be in the 1 billion share league. Could GROC become the next multi bag sector investment, it has all the right credentials. One thing for certain the £3m m/cap will be history soon enough, no wonder there was a broker target equating to 30p a share based on the current share count. Yes it is hard to acquire stock and for a reason !! |
Posted at 03/10/2024 16:03 by space_dust Coiled spring comes to mind, yes I know it's an well used term on shares but with GROC the float is so tiny it easily applies.4p last year, nothing but bullish news since etc. |
Posted at 03/10/2024 08:16 by dave4545 150k max buy at 1.799p onlineBid is 1.571p So clearly no overhang (atm) in Groc it's purely down to mm v pi's now hence the very wide spread to put off buyers and get stock back for a profit |
Posted at 02/10/2024 15:39 by goldenshread The range of upcoming news events here should permanently re-rate the valuation of GROC from the current £3m.Those who have followed this company know what they are, outsiders need to do their research. Near term price targets are one thing however the real value will be multiples of those. You have to buy into these companies when it is quiet, the free float is minuscule making it exceptionally hard to get a decent slice of stock. |
Posted at 30/9/2024 09:15 by broken_arrow1 Market makers struggling on GROC this morning, just £3k on offer at 1.6p then it moves again, earlier they closed off on-line buying. For real size (£8k+) they want 1.9p currently v advertised offer of 1.6p. |

Posted at 28/8/2024 08:24 by mrmcnee Cannot see the reason for the fall from 2.65p in June, I know they issued 2m shares to pay a creditor and these were dumped unceremoniously but that was a few months back and are now cleared.Just think the usual market maker games are in play, the market is slowly catching on to how lowly valued GROC are compared to peers, the circa £3m valuation is an anomaly for sure. With a fair wind 3p/4p is easily attainable. |
Posted at 09/8/2024 16:00 by honfacifi Oh I see you get an MM pump then dump and you go crazy but now disappeared because Groc is just a lifestyle company and you thought that MM pump and dump meant it was blasting off.Stop crying you lost money and come explain where this offtakers is lol |
Posted at 04/6/2024 19:31 by honfacifi 'In the LOI, US EXIM Bank indicates its willingness to consider financing GreenRoc for up to US$3.5M of US export contracts relating to goods and services ordered by the Company. Such contracts could relate to the conduct of Pre- or Definitive Feasibility Studies ("PFS" and "DFS" respectively) for GreenRoc's Amitsoq Graphite Mine in South Greenland and/or a DFS of the Graphite Active Anode Processing Plant, which funding would fall within US EXIM Bank's Engineering Multiplier Program. Another contract which could be eligible for US EXIM Bank financing relates to the processing of large graphite bulk samples by US-based contractors.Any US EXIM Bank finance transaction will require a specific application to be made, which would be subject to US EXIM Bank's standard due diligence process prior to the issuing of a final financing commitment (which would be subject to a maximum five-year repayment term). The LOI is valid until 14 April 2025.' There's a lot of colds and it needs to relate to a very large bulk sample of processed graphite which your a long way off and they seem sceptical about it's relationship to conducting more exploration. You would have asked for this and got a letter if intent if you could satisfy certain criteria. Now this all makes sense why they had to raise again and ALBA throw in £70k plus board members throwing in a few thousand on top. Groc is broke and struggling to stay afloat, wages, Greenlandic spend requirements and admin cost a lot more than you can raise in this Mcap. But a letter isn't a loan, note the words financing not grant in the RNS and repayable by date. A letter is a maybe and hence why you don't have this loan or anywhere near getting one. The bank funds projects that are much more further along or have much more interest and feasibility to get going. Why call it a grant unless your ramping this for more than it is, Groc is out of cash they are applying to any and everyone at the moment. Since the IPO you've blown quite a few million, your cash burn has crippled you and without flipping this soon it looks like death. |
Posted at 27/10/2023 18:19 by honfacifi Some real facts -Since way back when someone economist predicted a graphite shortage due to surging EV markets neither has happened. We not only met graphite demands and surpassed so that some mines dialled back production to stabilise prices but the EV market was slow to adopt and we still kept our reliance on fossil fuels. That prediction and the one the Count and Groc band about was wrong. - There are and will be no restrictions on graphite, this seems more a geo political economic war between certain nations. We see it with other commodities but when was the last time you went into a phone shop and they said sorry we're short of phones due to a restriction on critical materials. We simply outsource and define new reserves. Even more we as a nation can put restrictions on our goods which is too often the case especially with tariffs and taxes. - Graphite has taken off in many nations, we actually have more than enough to meet 2040 targets due to a reinvigorated mining sector which over the years has sought reliance and domestic production. I cite America as one nation that just gave billions to develop its own sources most of which will be coming on line in the next few years but many others are worthy of note. It's not about grades, almost all deposits hold this EV grade and the bigger the resources the bigger the supply meaning volume in situ was always more important than grades. Countries didn't seek out high grades more high volume which would give higher volumes of high grades. Groc has no real world class reserves, the volume it could provide tiny even the high grades, Tirupati for instance produces more high grade fromm it's larger reserves that Groc ever could even dwarfing Groc whilst selling all its lower grade to refractory and such industrial needs for that product which has expanded much faster than the EV sector. All hype from the Count and Groc who want, no need you to believe they have some world class highly needed product. As we see it's simple to beat back idiots who tow this graphite shortage and restrictions line with the facts. They rely on the unsuspecting to believe but past that there's been no interest in Greenland or Groc why there's barely a mine there and why no EV or battery companies have made commitments despite their investment and intents elsewhere amounting to hundreds of billions. Lastly our dependence on graphite has been surpassed by the advent of solid state batteries and new 2030-2045 models and predictions made to supercede the old graphite hype that Groc and the count still spiel at every chance. When someone says do your own research I hope you did it properly, look at solid state advancements, Google graphite by country see that Greenland dosent even hold 0.1% of the world's reserves, Google geo political wars between China America Europe and understand why restrictions are placed and the outcomes. Did the Count look stupid for trying to come up against me with his rubbish only to be buried under a more accurate view of the situation plus the future of graphite in cars with solid state breaking into the scene? I think so, he didn't have one single thing to offer that wasn't shot down by fact and simple Google searching of the said topics. If your desperate to only invest in graphite take a look at the upcoming Swedish companies,Plots in Turkey, South America and so on, don't look at pointless no infastructure far away tiny resources since that's so far from the bigger picture and merely another Aim ramp that's never going to happen. |
