Brokers seem to be squeezing the general public to fill the orders for the institutions who need to add GNC to their portfolio now it is in FTSE 250

Great news about move to FTSE250. This will mean funds will have to hold GNC shares. Should add institutional investors. Note: The changes are implemented after market close on September 20, taking effect at the start of trading on September 23. So, time to get in before big guys....just.

I'm out for a while, can't break 150p, it's had 3 goes now so my usual rule applies. I'll either get back in when it's clear of 150p or lower if it falls. Wanted to lock in profits as I've seen the 3 goes and out apply so many times.

These have broke the 146 line of support and triggered my stop. Didn't want to lose these but caution is the order of the day in these markets
