I keep adding at this sub pound area but the price seems to be at an impasse. The buyback helping support to some degree. A period of post- results consolidation perhaps?

Dividend will come next H1 financial results, this year they have invested £50 million to buy back shares which is a good idea & next year we will get more dividends

Maybe. Not sure. Seen no rumours on this. I'll settle for 2.50As takeover price : )Otherwise I'm happy with progress and think divi will come next year

The remaining buyback is actually about 10.5m. Yes, I also think the buybacks will get us back over 100p in the next few weeks.
Does anyone else think that the BOD are preparing this company for it to be taken over? Eg streamlining the business, no dividends.

Excellent results & 50 million pound return to shareholders 15 million pound buyback still on going. Great future outlook

Great results.
Operating profit, net debt and EPS all better than what analyst expected and all at top end of the trading Update.
However no mention of dividends, so I'm expecting a slight upturn in the SP(a big increase in share price and we are back in the FTSE250).
