The Company announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value as of 30 September 2018 is GBP1,301 million (115.0 pence per share).

The Company also announces a quarterly interim dividend of 1.69 pence per share with respect to the quarter ended 30 September 2018.

The Company also announces that it has refinanced all of the GBP245 million drawn under its GBP300 million revolving credit facility with GBP250 million of new term loans from National Australia Bank ("NAB") and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, London Branch ("CIBC") with margins in the range 125-155bp. The Company's total outstanding borrowings are therefore GBP400 million, comprising fixed-rate loans of various maturities: GBP100 million due July 2022 with Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA"); GBP75 million due November 2023 with NAB; GBP50 million due March 2025 with CBA; GBP100 million due November 2025 with CIBC; and GBP75 million due November 2026 with NAB.
