Look at bid-ask. Seems just another erroneous ADVFN closing price, whereas the mid price is still 12.0p. Sorry, didn't mean to p1ss on your parade ;)

S, I think you will find as part of the deal anyone with options will be covered. I think this is all about a bird in the hand. The story is good so is money in the bank and there are lots of options still sitting there? for the future.Zoo

@ 1gandhi

I doubt you'll ever know that, so, IMHO, especially as it's of no concern to me as a director's financial transaction for both of them right now anyway, it's probably pointless trying to figure it out. It'll be largely forgotten by tomorrow in the larger GGP picture. :-)

Am I correct in assuming if ggp get bought out before the options are exercised
they cannot be exercised?

The interesting question is why now? The options largely run till 2021.

@ abrahe00 "Director or not, every one needs money for something.."

Absolutely! Personally I have no issue, whatsoever with what they're doing. In fact, why wouldn't they? I certainly would! These guys have increased the value of my initial shares purchased in GGP by over 1700%. They're surely welcome to take some profit themselves if it maybe suits their own current financial situation in life.

In different circumstances, as with any company, I could well feel differently, but with the current standing and status of Greatland Gold right now, and likely going forward, I have absolutely no concerns at all.
