17/4/2020 13:58 | There could well be a possible late further push up to close of market today from investors again worried about losing out on the run up to the Newcrest report? | timberwolf
17/4/2020 13:55 | M, fair point, so where do you see the share price going to prior to a bid. You talk about traders, I have a foot in each camp. I have a substantial holding and also trade on the highs and lows in order to feed my main holding. This model works for me, but would be interested to see what your thoughts are on an share price prior to a bid being made. Clearly it is fluid but I think we all agree GGP is a great story which is backed up by what's in the ground. Unlike some companies share price built up on what's and if's and fingers crossed.Zoo | zooman
17/4/2020 13:29 | Havier nc already will own 60% of it anyway... | jayrh
17/4/2020 13:17 | In an ideal world, you would want that to happen. However, would Newcrest pay the 5% as you describe knowing that they will give GGP the means to keep Scallywag? More than likely they will see what the initial drill results look like then do a j/v before they pay for the 5% of Havieron. That's my view. | daddy warbucks
17/4/2020 12:53 | DW, I know the feeling I cant help wondering given the extra drilling Paddy has referred to does make me wonder if the results are good whether we may see a bid come in early. Granted if it does there will need to be a vote but the share price will rise to the offer made. Its good to have something cheerful in these dark days.GLAZoo | zooman
17/4/2020 12:46 | sahara, any chance you can do a simple line overlay comparison of SOLG & GGP per my post 10737? :-) | timberwolf |
