GGP is developing a very large gold and copper mine - of course it needs debt. How do you build a very large gold and copper mine without debt or without cash?

The good thing is this mine is brownfield risk and low construction risk and low capex hurdle to free cash flow -

GGP is not building a block cave - we're are almost at the ore body.

Further, Royalty companies know that GOLD Royalties are worth an absolute fortune.

A lot of money can be raised by selling a 1% or a 1.5% royalty to Franco Nevada or Wheaton PM. Further money for good projects can be raised on good terms via debentures and convertible debentures from companies like Queens Road capital or Gold Royalty Corp.

These incentivise the company's share price to rise. They want the company to succeed. And they are very happy to gain exposure to fantastic copper and gold projects.
