Kewben, I think that PI's soaked up the vast majority of the placed shares, they were easy to hide in the massive volume traded each day. However, I do like the notion that someone is now building a stake, not 190m shares, because that would require a takeover or board seat.... but maybe 5% or 10% of the company. Before I started selling, and before the placings, I owned nearly 3% of it myself! What a thought.Without the placings, I think we would have been comfortably over 3p now, I.e. A 10 bagger for many of us.But that's not how business works, firms need financing and via placing shares it's very easy to do.

Festario, I do like the idea of a serious stake builder and of course a welcomes TR1

Was thinking if such a third party hadn't participated in a placing then wouldn't they at least look to the submission of the placing shares to marke before making move?

Given no holdings announcements following the 1st placing shares hitting last Friday it seems probable that all participants flipped them and no longer hold (sound right?)
Well what about the 2nd placing. The one where they were presumably approached / advised of more demand.... Same investors?

Presume the Same MO and these will have been flipped to....

To who? Did PI simply pick up the additional 190mm shares?

Scratch head !!!

Actually Yorgi, I was quite comfortable with the grades they announced for M1.Silver and lead are precious or at least viable metals, and the ppm were comparable with other existing mining companies.Gold was nothing more than a trace, but copper was well indicated.Yesterday's price action was disappointing, but today we have consolidation again. You see, serious investors don't over pay for stock, nor do they move with the herd.I'm still of the opinion that someone is stake building, and it's days like this when it's done.It would be nice to see a TR1 with a serious name on it!

I did not get much time to post yesterday but quickly my thoughts. I was somewhat disappointed in the M1 update, I had hoped for better but none the less it was in my mind still positive and does still have added value for us.

Next we have M4 to come I believe should be our next update.

I would also add that what we have in our M2 area in particular the Sharktooth Zone is worth more than our present market cap so I continue to look at GWMO as a good medium to long term investment and see how our BOD take us forward in developing our company.
