By the fact the share price has more or less held should tell you that what assets the company have are meaningful. If there was even a whiff of the BoD lining their own pockets then the share price would be far lower, considering this is the 2nd placing in such a short space of time. Always remember the market will know the facts behind what's actually released via RNS, so it's reassuring that the share price hasn't tanked. Trading this is pure luck, nothing else, as the share price always holds on its fundamentals, so in short, I believe there's nothing to worry about, their reasons for placings appear to be justified by the share price imho.
