If demand was so high put the shares out at 2.5...

No this is defensive.
Problem is now if someone has bought a significant holding and is scared away those shares will come back and carnage could occur

I did warn about this yesterday, and got harshly criticised for it.I wish I'd been wrong, but it's what AIM companies and GREEDY brokers ALWAY do.They can't help themselves.It will create a minus 30% debacle at some point today, the trouble is, we've had the good rises, and the company 'fair value' (for now) might have been reached at around 2p or even less, given the new dilution.

Yorgi, looks more like a defensive shot across the bows.
As you say an addition 1.5mm isn't going to do a great deal for the company.

The 700k they had left over from 2016 should have seen them through... Now they have over £3mm.

Surely this wasn't about the money but concern that someone was aggressively purchasing the company stock?

I can understand that having anther £1.5m in the bank will be helpful but in light of everything else I'm not impressed by the price of the placing. If there was so much demand by these institutional investors then the price our BOD should have been able to demand should have been higher in my mind. I'm disappointed to say the least at them getting such a price.

Longer term it does not change our prospects and on the positive aspect we have more money in the bank to move forward even quicker.

Another fun day. Another handy profit. Powerful finish today with a lot of buying pressure. Added at 2.3 and was rather hoping for another top up lower but no chance. Bellzone bombed up too.

Very strong finish up another 36% at 2.55p with over 186m traded. What will be the direction tomorrow and how close is the M1 RNS which could be as exciting as our recent resource upgrade.

Another good day, I think fair to say we have had an exceptionally good run :-)
