I dont own any shares in this however its annual results out today.
Any views out there?

AGM

"The full Annual Report and Accounts together with a notice of the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be distributed to shareholders on 29 September 2021 and will also be made available on the Company's website at www.grci.group."

"The AGM will be held at 11.00 on Tuesday 21 October 2021 at GRC International Group plc, Unit 3, Clive Court, Bartholomew's Walk, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB7 4EA."

Did anyone get the notice of the AGM? It is still not on the website and isn't in the accounts pdf.

Also Tuesday 21 October 2021 doesn't exist.

Has it been changed?

There also needs to be {EDIT} typo: 21 not 28 clear (i.e. 23 not 30) days notice given.

Anyone know what's going on?

Not just the the company I'm struggling to figure out, microscope, its the price and volume action too! Now up 50% in the last few days for no apparent reason whatsoever. On the old thread that disappeared I kept on harping on about the deal GRC cut with Nigel Wray's Saracens, which offered them the option to buy a significant quantity of stock at £1, if the share price reaches at least £5 by June 2023. Given that reason & also my small holding here purchased around 30p, for me the gamble is worth taking to hold & see if the story plays out.

Well well well, we are honoured to see GRC on the 52 week high top list, a refreshing change from the top list it usually occupies. Wary of the move up though as I haven’t seen any news or significant trading volume to accompany it.

Monster trades gone through today.£3.5m worth. Means the over hang could be cleared at last.

Too much in the going concern section of today's numbers for me personally to consider this as a potential investment at this point. Will keep on my long term radar incase things look more positive going forward.

Hi to all. This was a very rarely used board but has vanished.

Company floated with Andrew Brode (of LTG, RWS) involved.

The thread has vanished. I've asked advfn to investigate but if anybody can throw light on this, I'm sure all users would be grateful.
