31/8/2022 06:40 | I dont own any shares in this however its annual results out today. Any views out there? | netcurtains
27/5/2022 06:34 | We are therefore seeing in our Services division, which includes our technical security business, a notable shift away from being a cyclical business. In fact, in the first seven weeks of this financial year, the value of customer contracts won in our technical security business is 107% up on the same period a year ago." | tole
24/1/2022 08:10 | Anyone following this company? | beergut
04/10/2021 12:51 | AGM "The full Annual Report and Accounts together with a notice of the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be distributed to shareholders on 29 September 2021 and will also be made available on the Company's website at www.grci.group." "The AGM will be held at 11.00 on Tuesday 21 October 2021 at GRC International Group plc, Unit 3, Clive Court, Bartholomew's Walk, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB7 4EA." Did anyone get the notice of the AGM? It is still not on the website and isn't in the accounts pdf. Also Tuesday 21 October 2021 doesn't exist. Has it been changed? There also needs to be {EDIT} typo: 21 not 28 clear (i.e. 23 not 30) days notice given. Anyone know what's going on? | sallad3
23/6/2021 10:27 | Not just the the company I'm struggling to figure out, microscope, its the price and volume action too! Now up 50% in the last few days for no apparent reason whatsoever. On the old thread that disappeared I kept on harping on about the deal GRC cut with Nigel Wray's Saracens, which offered them the option to buy a significant quantity of stock at £1, if the share price reaches at least £5 by June 2023. Given that reason & also my small holding here purchased around 30p, for me the gamble is worth taking to hold & see if the story plays out. | firtashia
04/5/2021 16:17 | Probably should shut my eyes and follow the chart and volume, but I'm really struggling to figure this company out | microscope
04/5/2021 13:55 | Positive TU today & market has responded- looks like huge volumes traded. | firtashia
22/3/2021 19:13 | Well well well, we are honoured to see GRC on the 52 week high top list, a refreshing change from the top list it usually occupies. Wary of the move up though as I haven’t seen any news or significant trading volume to accompany it. | firtashia
16/11/2020 17:18 | This must be the only share in the biggest bull market ever that has not gone anywhere. | rudeboi
30/9/2020 09:40 | Thanks rudeboi. Holding RNS(s) will be revealing! | microscope
29/9/2020 21:07 | Monster trades gone through today.£3.5m worth. Means the over hang could be cleared at last. | rudeboi
21/9/2020 10:59 | Too much in the going concern section of today's numbers for me personally to consider this as a potential investment at this point. Will keep on my long term radar incase things look more positive going forward. | microscope
17/9/2020 19:36 | Results due on Monday. Let's see if that will encourage some semblance of liquidity! | aversion
15/9/2020 14:46 | !FOLLOWFEED Hi to all. This was a very rarely used board but has vanished. Company floated with Andrew Brode (of LTG, RWS) involved. The thread has vanished. I've asked advfn to investigate but if anybody can throw light on this, I'm sure all users would be grateful. Thanks | microscope |
