donaferentes .. I contacted the company .. CEO confirmed they already have the license as part of the original mine approval … so no issue there and it’s simply how quickly they can get it up and running. They need to deliver 5kg of gold in October so they would look extremely foolish if they default on the new loan arrangement and cause a penalty charge interest rate !

SteadyEddie .. yes I have and reply was :

"This is already agreed within our Mining Lease. We are putting all our resources into building and completing the facility. We have major components on site, have sourced and having delivered the remaining items and the team is in place to build it"

With lenders also being shareholders and since then the loan being rescheduled then I cannot see what else they can be doing if the authorities are causing delays .

There's 82.4kg of gold in that repayment schedule. At the current price of $56,000/kg that's $4.61m.
AIMS certainly getting their pound of flesh for a $3m loan.

The 5kg due in October 2021 suggests that the elution plant is expected to be running almost immediately: confident, considering the delays at almost every other stage.

Has anyone asked if Ghanaian government approval is needed for GRL to operate its own elution facility? Since permission was needed to begin operating the irrigation of the ore - something that was not mentioned in the commissioning RNS and only became apparent when it wasn't immediately forthcoming - this is a real issue.

Stones im back and have always been here just dont post as much. Especially when u have boris spouting non sense all the time and their posts are always geared towards one way without any balance.
