Explain to me why they've missed all deadlines and can't even get the government approval for plant now. I find it hard to see that this level of failure is only due to incompetence.

Don’t think ADVFN do much but FCA could get involved if there is complaint from the company I would presume ? When a placing could be a possibility then misinformation directly could influence share price and cause confidence and financial damage . When Boris is only doing this because of the idiot and obnoxious twerp Trader465 then you do wonder why Boris is stupid enough to put himself in this position trying to get some kind of warped revenge ….which is pretty pathetic to be honest . The only answer to all of this is news of first gold pour .

spacedust .. that for me is significant .. 5 kilos by end of October ( or the company will be in default ) . Emma cannot be so daft as to miss the gold pour again or her credibility will be out with the washing - so to me this is as clear an indication they can give that the elution plant will be up and running and gold produced hopefully within weeks ?

Because look closely towards the end of the rns. They will make monthly payments in kilos of gold. Add up the kilos and it tells you how much gold we can expect. But then again this is grl doesnt move on fanatstic news.

So, just the 14% interest on the loan - from January. On top of the 28% equity stake.

This AIMS mob are basically getting a dividend on their equity before anyone else does, and a higher rate of of interest than any other debt holder and with more security than an equity holder.

I don't blame them, it's a great deal for them. Not sure about the other equity holders though...

I sought a little more background further to the RNS, to better understand its implications, and so made contact with the company. Here is the information I noted down from the exchange :

“It is a frustrating time, but we will get through it. What should be remembered is that we made it very clear to the market that we were going to build our elution plant and smelt house from revenue, but the position we find ourselves in, without this approval from the Minerals Commission to rent the third party facility, we have now turned our plans 180 degrees.

We are building our own elution and smelt house on-site. As announced we have major components on site and are focusing all efforts to build and commission it, and will bring the project back up to where it should be. GoldStone has very supportive shareholders and with their continued support we shall complete this plan. We believe we have sufficient funds in house to complete this work, and hope to have this completed very shortly".

Meta1mickey .. what are you saying ? They have created a price drop ? I have emailed the company and got a speedy response . My main concern is the implementation of our own elution plant and cost / timescale .. I agree this information should have been able to be released alongside the / in the RNS to provide the bigger picture . Who is the NOMAD?

Looks like the NOMAD has shafted Goldstone again - have heard from shareholders in contact with company that the RNS was rushed out before other key information should have been included re the loan restructure and what they are doing on the ground to fast track their own elution facility

PARACALE ande BCM will factor in the latter

Company not happy that RNS went out today and should be more news to follow it up

4 million warrants - Excellent work from Emma .. £120,000 is presumably enough to build our own elution plan on site which was in the plans all along . I'm happy enough with this but 3p a share is nice for someone ! Necessary evil and a tiny dilution of total shares.

Do these African countries want wealth and jobs ????????
