Brucie, I met one of the directors a few times some years ago and I believe he previously worked at the FT. I was very impressed with him and his approach to the PMs. He also has a significant holding in GPM.

I have been building up a holding here and particularly like the fact that about 40% is in silver. I think this investment trust is too small to be recommended by the mainstream press, but it suits me that it is currently off the radar. Im am expecting a 500% increase should gold go back toward $2000.

Merryn Somerset-Webb in the Ft says it's time to buy pms.

This wasn't one of her recommended stocks, but looking at its assets it could do very well in an upturn. I'd be interested to hear from others who know this management better than I. It's a very small cap at about £11m. Anyone else here?

up again this morning, with some decent volume again for early in the session.
Gold is up against resistance here at 1165, but if it breaks through, then this could be a nice move in prospect...

suppose it depends how you view it..
if NAV was 100, and price was 80, would discount be 20% (of 100), or 25% (of 80).

discount of 23% makes it even more of a bargain!

yep, NAV of 32.28 as of cob yesterday, and the GDX up another 1% today.
Ive bought a few yest, and a few more today, hoping that we see some interest here...

the lag may enable some folk to nip in and catch the wave, next couple of Navs will be very interesting.
I averaged down a little at 29 I must admit, each time I do though the bloody things drops lower, whats different this time I ask myself.
seems to have more strength but time will tell.
