If a lot of people think that Mozy123, then the discount will surely stay at 10%. This has been a splendid little performer for me this year, since I bought in at 55p. ;)

why does this always trade at or around 10% discount? 10% is quite risky in my book! gold seems a good play in an inflation setting we are heading. surly this discount must close to around 5%?

Being ill I have not updated all my info since June2010.
But the £gold topped at £846 on 14.5.2010.
Last nights close £Gold was £810.
Golden Prospects Biggest discount was on 26.3.2010@16.92%
Currently 12.53%.
It will be interesting to see the monthly fact sheet which is due.

Golden Prospect Precious Metals Ltd announces that the weekly estimated Net
Asset Value per ordinary share is 84.61p as at 10 September 2010.
Been in hospital for 3 weeks returned home last night.
My portfolio has had a good run.
Would add more but I have piles of this stock.
Noticed it was down yesterday maybe profit taking.

Closing price today 68.75P that would be 15.9% discount
It turned out to be 79.96.
On last nights closing price -69.5p a 12.63% discount.

No worries Mate.

Tell them it's a main market listed share on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, and that both Hargreaves Lansdown and Interactive Investor allow this in an ISA because this fits within the HMRC rules. I know this, because the latter ISA is mine, and the former is my Sister's.

You could also suggest they contact NCIM to verify what you're telling them. Full details are here:



Finally, I'd suggest that you mention to Selftrade you're prepared to transfer your ISA to a less blinkered provider, if they continue to refuse your valid request. ;)

Yes it can. Channel Islands Stock Exchange listed Investment Trust. That's a main market. It's ISA-qualified.

Hargreaves Lansdown are very good when it comes to trying to determine what's ISA-eligible, and what isn't.
