Yes Danny that’s an interesting interview. John Feneck is a well regarded Investment manager who regularly appears on the North American financial channels such as Kitco and IIR. In recent months he has often mentioned GMET in which he is invested as are his clients. He has a solid background including working for Rick Rule at Sprott.
The deramping disrupter should be aware that the US have been producing Tungsten from Pilot Mountain since the 1950’s. A lot is already know about it and a US major weapons storage facility is close by.

If anyone has any doubt then watch the video. Fireweed has a much larger market cap, so guardian will move more on news and the sentiment is very positive. Unfortunately, this parasite charity thief does the rounds on advfn, so I wouldn’t worry.

No 888. It is about security of supply and in particular from China. Canada is very secure and a US corp could run it easily.
Any news on a strategic metals grant? No.
0.27% WO3 just does not cut it.

Go to page 14/33 and see where Pilot Mountain is per US Geological Survey. Globally about the worst.

Fireweed metals have a very high quality resource but it is not in the USA it is in Canada. Do your homework and remember your geography lessons. Canada is in North America but it is not part of the USA. The importance of Pilot Mountain is that for strategic reasons the US Government wants a large tungsten producer on its own soil. There can be a lot of problems with developing mines in Canada due to the wokeness of its Prime Minister, probably what the UK has to look forward to under Starmer and Milliband, who will destroy our North Sea oil and gas industry which we need to keep the lights on. There is not any possibility of the UK or anywhere else being solely powered by renewables by 2030 or even 2060.

This is the largest high quality tungsten resource in the USA.


Treble the size and nearly treble the WO3 % than GMET.

What on earth would a major want with Pilot Mountain with scant resource at very low WO3 %?

I am not a geologist so I am just assuming that as Oliver has posted those pictures of the core samples , they are impressive. The fact that GMET is now Up 7.14% at 30p suggests the market likes what it sees.The RNS reporting on those core samples will be very interesting.

GMET features strongly and in glowing terms as POW’s most successful investment accounting for 60% of its NAV. All the comments were from Sean who was very complimentary about Oliver. The interviewer did ask Rick to specifically comment on GMET and to put that in context Rick didn’t specifically address any of POW’s individually. Rick was more focused on how he like POW’s merchant banking model. Worth watching.

I saw this post on the lse POW BB yesterday:

Mark Fairbairn (from Stockbox) has just announced on X that he is teeing up an interview today at the Mining Journal Select in London between Sean Wade & Rick Rule.

Hopefully video footage is available later on today or tomorrow.”

Presumably they intend to discuss POW and as GMET is POW’s most valuable investment they will get Rick to comment on GMET.
