Have they run airborne geophysics? I remember what put me off here was a TwitterX picture of some guy walking the property with what essentially looked like a metal detector, and they said it was some kind of geophysical survey if I remember correctly. Cheap and cheerful I remember thinking! For example all the way back in 2013 Asiamet with their then JV partner Freeport commissioned a plane from Aberdeen to fly to Borneo to do a geophysical survey. Cost at the time? A cool million bucks, kiddos. Better story than some guy walking the Nevada outback with a backpack and metal detector innit. Now Kiddos: drilling budget and how many meters are they planning? Cheers.

Dude you've shown your ignorance before. Why would someone like me be interested in soil samples? Diamond core for me you eeejit. Get drilling on Garfield and I'll give you my opinion on the results innit. What is the drilling budget ROFLMFAO

Always some saddo on these boards after a rise, where were you a few months back? This has now 1 bagged for me, much more to come here and yes, a copper porphyry discovery is a real potential here.

You say you are interested in exploration geology and educating yourself, but then come on here and ask basic questions which show zero research and effort. You prefer to get your information from other people, which seems stupid for someone who says they are "interested in exploration geology and enjoy educating myself". All your questions could be answered in 20 minutes of basic research, tis all.

The questions you pose show research, which means actually you know the answers. Just a messer.

P.S. one coward marking me down, mark me down you fool, up 100% here. Don't be jealous.

I'm not "de ramping" whatever that is, but would you care to explain how this is "backed by the US government " ? Genuinely interested fella ?

Anyone seen this???

I suspect 50p+ may come alot sooner than many expect here.

Largest Tungsten deposit on US soil backed by the US Government.

I think this will go parabolic at some stage!

You suspect wrong kiddo. I'm interested in exploration geology and enjoy educating myself. Tis all. Also like a bit of processing and metallurgy innit. You my friend are on a Soi Dog hunt by the looks of it. Best of luck kiddo!

Yes sadly this poster is someone who is now on their 3rd profile (previously known as Bradshaw and Rainy) who has a very odd posting record. He’ll spam the board with machine gun style posts, likes to demand answers but won’t offer anything himself. Best to starve him of the attention he wants.

The only share I’ve seen him bullish about is Asiamet, on which he is massively underwater. I suspect he’s being paid by someone.

Any idea on the cost per meter of drilling in nevada? I heard the figure a few months back and it's eye watering. And the drilling cost of delineating this potential 300 Mt porphyry is????? Lol. If, and it's a big if, a discovery hole is released at Garfield, then i assume a deep pocketed partner is is on the cards. All imho dyor!

I'm posing legit questions, you turbo melt. So how about answering them? And gmet is far from my focus lol there's not even real any data to go over you absolute buffoon. Good talkers tho innit. Reminds me a bit of the Paul Johnson style. I know all the tricks kiddo, been there done that! All imho dyor !

Today’s rise has brought out a deramping disrupter who only set up Bukowski750 on the 6th June 2024. 4 posts in similar style were made about other commodity companies last week but today GMET has been the focus. I suggest you review his/her posts to form your own view and then do as I am about to do which is use the filter button. This has been a very civilised bb and it would be a shame to allow derampers to disrupt it.

For reference, I believe it was March 2018 that the US announced Tungsten as a critical commodity, and Thor ripped for a while. Where does the US get its Tungsten from and will they permit a Tungsten mine on home soil? I know nothing about Tungsten, apart from reading a while back that someone was of the opinion that no-one makes money off it lol .....all Imo-DYOR ?

Thor were going on about the US government classifying tungsten as a "critical mineral" back in 2017/2018, when doing the scoping study on Pilot Mountain. If it is so critical and the scoping study was so attractive, why hasn't anyone mined it yet? Moreover, I would like to see the recoveries and read the extensive metallurgical test work results for the "credits"

The beauty of Pilot Mountain is that it is a multi commodity project.
As the ore body contains, tungsten, copper, silver, zinc and garnet. It just has to be separated.

The previous owners didn’t go forward with the project, as at the time the tungsten re shoring ( and price increases) had not started. They also thought that they could deploy the capital better in their Australian assets. They also had not fully explored the asset, only limited drilling, and had not identified the potential porphyry systems.

Do you know the history of the tungsten project and why is wasn't taken forward by previous operators?

Don’t forget we are currently drilling for tungsten and haven’t started on the very promising copper projects yet. The potential of the various prospects in different metals that GMET has in Nevada is astonishing.

It's a narrative at this point fella. So they've got copper porphyry targets. A target is a target and a discovery is a discovery. Lol. All imho!

Flying totally under the radar right now. Most haven't even picked up today's news. If Porphyry hit, just WOW. And everything else going on.

What many don't realise. Just imagine the rich investor, must know plenty of other rich people that he must be telling them about GMET, they could buy in!

Slow and steady wins the race

It appears we are off to the races now Up 19% at 25p. Purebond already showing a profit on their investment this morning and GMET have an extra £506000 in the bank. A very good start to the week that I hadn’t expected.

Hi folks
Bought in this morning and loving everything I’m reading. The grants in particular feel like they’ll really send this much higher, and it looks a very busy period.

Well done to existing holders, wish I’d stumbled across this previously.

With such a small free float, raising at premium, multiple assets, could easily just go parabolic this. US onshoring and domestic supply is aim of the game, massive push for domestic supply, esspecially for critical resources like Tungsten.
