09/1/2020 12:58 | Up coming wells listed below, first well being Total's Venus1, with the rest to follow. Eco have been in talks since October 2018 with potential partners and many others in the same boat, which may be concluded ahead of the Venus spud, which is due in a couple of months. (Exxon, M&P, Azinam 2 wells Pel44), (Total/Impact 1 well Pel56), (Shell/Kosmos 1 well Pel39), (Exxon/Galp 1 well Pel82), (Galp 1 well Pel83), (Eco/Azinam /Seapulse 1 well Pel30), (Eco/Azinam/Seapulse 1 well Pel33) Currently we must be in the longest period without news offshore Namibia, but that is soon to change with eight wells on the horizon and possible news flow of deals imo | jimarilo
07/1/2020 10:52 | Boredom probably, maybe the above three vessels may join or take over the survey operations currently at play in the Walvis basin or may even figure in another basin in the region | jimarilo

06/1/2020 13:07 | A reply from a contact in Namcor agreed that there had been a seismic survey shoot in the Namibe Basin and said "This really very interesting news because the more data that available in that Basin it helps block operators‘ to make investments decisions very fast." I also said there was a survey being conducted in the Walvis basin and he said not so I sent a link from Marine Traffic and he replied "Thanks". Obviously not allowed to add further Think they are trying to keep the above under wraps | jimarilo
06/1/2020 11:25 | I have feeling we won't be at this price for long ,can see a upward movement soon . | aimshares
06/1/2020 11:05 | Survey vessels in block 2112A PEL37 and going south currently | jimarilo
05/1/2020 19:13 | The PGS survey seemed to have a bit of time out, but are now back at it and following up the 200m contour line now entering the lower PEL37. So a wider survey than I first thought Certainly the Welwitschia deep prospect has been well covered, which is interesting as it has already had 3D coverage. Would great news if the Gemsbok and PEL29 is covered, before the survey is concluded Something is definitely cooking and may be the precursor for some corporate activity GH was talking about | jimarilo
03/1/2020 17:14 | The survey vessels have turned south at the northern border of PEL94. So have not entered into TRP blocks Apart from Namcor I would like to know who is directing this show It very much looks like they could be checking out the fairway between GBP blocks and PEL82&44 , Exxon have an interest in both blocks Time will tell | jimarilo
03/1/2020 09:52 | Currently back in PEL94 | jimarilo
03/1/2020 00:19 | PGS signed a 10yr contract with Namcor 2012 This link is regarding the Namibe basin just completed for Namcor, but Exxon will be all over this for sure Other surveys completed in 2012 & 2013 The new survey in the Walvis basin currently in operation probably a 3D shoot | jimarilo
02/1/2020 22:00 | Currently over Oranto's PEL43....S21 / E011 , makes you wonder who is the client is and is it still Exxon ? Certainly this is now a Walvis Basin survey and is working on the deeper blocks including ours | jimarilo
02/1/2020 17:57 | Worth keeping an eye these PGS vessels, still shooting seismic surveys. They reached as far as the bottom of PEL34 down the eastern boarder line and now on the return journey north again Licence map with the longitude and latitude references on the circumference | jimarilo
31/12/2019 14:28 | Quarterlies end of January | jimarilo

30/12/2019 20:07 | Counting the pictures from the end up 15 and 21 GBP in attendance by way of Paul Howlett at the recent Frontier Big 5 awards. Paul pictured with Impact oil & gas Mike Doherty clearly having a good time and Envoi's Mike Lakin, currently working on the Serica farm out pIyv_F2eUT9F60jBl7gQ UqMSsMWxHk725yiiHCCL | jimarilo
30/12/2019 19:46 | The link shows four blue vessels heading south and the pink dots shows it is shooting a seismic survey. Placing the cursor over the vessels then shows the longitude and latitude positions in the top right corner. Two of the vessels are the Sanco Swift and the Sanco Scorpio. They may have finished in the Exxon blocks and are possibly heading home, will have to wait and see. However currently they are running down the dividing line between block 1910A and 1911 (TRP), which puts them on course for the boarder between our PEL29 & 94 . They did this before when heading north to the Exxon blocks some weeks ago Licence map with the longitude and latitude references on the circumference | jimarilo
