We will probably see an updated CPR on PEL94. They have had the data since early April, so should be close

"Regarding the pre-existing 3D seismic data in PEL 0094, in April 2020 an agreement was reached with state oil company, NAMCOR, to license this key data, which was acquired by previous licensees in 2010. The data covers the Company's Welwitschia Deep prospect and Marula lead and will enable precise mapping of these features which will result in updated Prospective Resources and chances of success for Welwitschia Deep and Marula, and thus should facilitate farmout by the Company. "

Normally we would expect the quarterly report at the month end of July, that won't happen now we are de-listed from the ASX

Only half and full year accounts are required on the AIM. March and September were the half and full year reporting months

Statements of material matter can no longer be held back until the quarterly report, so I assume will be helicoptered in, as and when it happens ?

Statements such as..... during the reporting period ....."further contacts were made with counterparties in relation to a potential farm-out of PEL 0094 and PEL 0029""

I'm not expecting anything yet.....I'm happy to wait for the seismic reprocessing news to drop in a few weeks. Though once the i's are dotted and the t's crossed on the Australia delisting then the decks are clear....

Looks like a lot have been jumping in here with no research, because of a bit of share price movement based on some postings on LSE. Probably they will be here today and gone tomorrow, not hanging round for years like some of us lth's.

Just spoke to my broker and now only can buy. 100000 shares
Whereas last week could buy as many as you wanted so something going on behind the scene

I could not get it - why it had dropped so low. I still think there is some corporate deal to be done - exactly the structure I will leave to those more qualified! Just pleased I added in the 0.75 - 0.825 range.

Possibly - but if I were organising it I'd have put bids in below the market without intending/expecting them to be filled.Whichever the case, it looks as if there is no supply of stock now, because it seems tricky to find even 100k.More importantly, though, where should the price actually be? What is fair value for the position in a highly prospective location that is attracting majors?

Trading GBP on the ASX finished on the 6th, we officially de-list tomorrow, which will open the door to the next step forward

Certainly looks like corporate activity is coming our way ...imo
