This makes no sense. I got in Tuesday @ 128 & sold Wednesday @ 137 after reading negative oil report & German negative bonds + Brexit gaining momentum and this keeps going up.Do the Swiss know something we don't or are the traders having a laugh or just simply ignoring the signals ? Each to their own game of Russian roulette I guess.

If Leave win (as I hope and pray they do) stock markets will within weeks rally, as QE from the ECB will go into overdrive which will further inflate the bubble and delay the POP for quite a while...

Glen still owns a controlling interest and manages the business. The agri loans go with the agri company so in effect GLEN has reduced the group borrowings as well by billions.

all is good with GLEN...debt coming down and cost cutting working a treat, its just a typical Friday...bit of profit taking combined with nervous investors fearing the collapse of the world if brexit wins....LTH have no fear of such trivial matters.

Markets will be all over the place for the next 20 days.........so be careful is what my dealing desk tells me.

GLEN is doing all the right things - selling assets to reduce debt - reducing production in certain commodities - trading well and re-building a global business.

I am a buyer but still not certain at what price so I will watch and wait.........

what a difference a day makes, reading these optimistic posts.....

Still, just holding with losses heavy until 155, reckon is good for £2 eventually, tempting to double up at sub 130, seems to be about the bottom these days..but patience and caution (fear) says hold as is...
