Not sure what drove this down to 21p but may well have turned the corner now and be back on it's way to at least the recent placing share price of 28p - any chartists have a view?

Interesting that Yolo sold down their investment just before the placing, yet Nigel Wray participated in the placing.

I thought Yolo was an investment vehicle by Nigel Wray and Chris Ackers?

That is certainly unusual, a placing at a 2.2% discount (27p) and the shares rise 5% to end up above the placing price (28.5 - 29.5)

Midas verdict: Gfinity is loss-making and likely to remain so for at least two more years as it invests in future growth. But eSports are developing fast and Gfinity is at the vanguard. Nigel Wray, who owns Saracens rugby club, has a 13.6 per cent stake and Upton himself owns 7.6 per cent. At 27¼p, the shares should deliver long-term rewards.
