GeoPark Limited ("GeoPark" or the "Company") announces that it received notification on 10 September 2013 that on that date in connection with a reorganization of certain of his business holdings, Gerald O'Shaughnessy, Executive Chairman, distributed indirect ownership of 6,400,000 shares in GeoPark from a family owned holding company to the company's shareholders. Beneficial ownership of all Company shares remained unchanged. The transfer does not represent a change in Mr. O'Shaughnessy's holding in the Company which remains at 7,533,907 GeoPark shares representing 17.32% of the Company's current issued share capital.
