I think the advantage this has as well is that you can test yourselves periodically and see if your fertility levels are decreasing and if so, make the decision to have kids sooner than planned to minimise your risk of not being able to conceive.

Took a punt myself.

This affects many more people than you may think and how many of them are going to prefer a home test rather than stressful hospital/clinic visit.

Major partner in the UK already and hopefully lost of newsflow on new partners in other territories to come.

Strange that all but one trades so far are today are buys, yet the price has gone down.

This one looks to have a great deal of potential, having no competition and the patent for the device.

My estimate is this is £2/share by this time next year and who knows what when they move into the US market.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 23 FEBRUARY 2006

GENOSIS PLC

NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS AND TRADING UPDATE

Genosis plc ("Genosis" or the "Company"), a UK company focusing on consumer products for reproductive health, is pleased to announce that it intends to release its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2005 on 20 April 2006. This follows on from the Company's successful admission to AIM in December 2005.

Genosis' Fertell(R) product was launched by Boots in its high street stores and through www.boots.com on schedule in January 2006 and early indications are that sales are meeting the Company's expectations.

The first stocking deliveries of a total of 6,264 units of Fertell were made to Boots as planned in Q4/2005. During January 2006, Boots reordered and Genosis recently delivered a further 4,320 units into Boots' distribution centre.

The high level of public interest in fertility has resulted in extensive UK press and media coverage on the launch of Fertell. Importantly, the Fertell launch was reported internationally and, as a result of this coverage, Genosis has received in excess of 50 requests to distribute Fertell in overseas markets.

Additionally, the Company has received over 2,000 requests for support materials and information on Fertell from Healthcare Professionals.

The Directors are pleased to report that Boots has expanded the launch from the planned 511 stores to 618 stores. In addition, Boots has launched the product in Ireland as well as in the UK.

Genosis continues to work on streamlining the assembly, handling and supply of the physical components of Fertell and is in discussions to introduce higher levels of automation in the assembly process. The Directors anticipate being able to move the assembly process from a manual based system to a more automated process over the next year. This should result in increased capacity and quality, as well as a reduction in the overall cost of goods.

A full update on trading will be given at the time of the Company's preliminary results on Thursday 20 April 2006.
