14/2/2017 10:56 | its more than that my account showing 60% plus 10% of dividends already collected. brokers are saying its got further to run, but agree wast of time if you are looking to make a fast buck, its a long term hold, just keep collecting the divi every quarter pays a nice living anyway, better than the property i sold for the purchase.
