11% is a good turnaround, surprised as some retail investors sold, maybe because there got them cheap, maybe don't understand the company, maybe just moving on as it slow, but the market not that great as a whole, we should see several more email over the next few weeks, one regarding the contract and hoping for some approval this week be good.
