As at 29 November 2024, the Company has in issue 215,606,413 ordinary shares of which none are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the market should use the figure of 215,606,413 voting rights when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
