This remains a big AVOID with RED flags..Still NO proposal submitted.Still NO permit to even extract coal.Still NO indication of how they will source the 3.7 billion dollars of capex funding required.Cash balances continue to dwindle.Loan notes (and DILUTION) to polo continue to Increase.Dyani and DG continue to draw "consultancy" fees.There continues to be NO transparency over exactly WHO owns Dyani corp.
