Illiquid stock works both ways - fast falls and rises. This will seriously bounce. Where it goes day to day doesn't matter too much unless you're a day trader. If you're willing to hold for at least a few weeks you will get a very good return. It's the AGM in a few weeks, there's likely to be a trading update and other recruiters will be releasing trading updates and results. Also expect to see director buys very soon.

why is bargain territory? Nothing will happen for many months. I do not see the reason why people would lock their money in an illiquid that may not move for many months.

If there are some validity in delisting to preserve the business.

Of course, we can see why it's declining folks are selling. I think MMS will have a go at 130p by the end of the week.

This is an illiquid stock, it may take years to go back to 200p.

Far more likely that Morson will buy it than it delisting. If they were going to delist, Materna would have done it during Covid. The clue is that Materna was recently buying at £2.53 after Morson upped their stake and they were more than token purchases.

I have made it clear; this is a forum. We philosophise about delisting; it's the most appropriate course of action for business, imho. They can manage it better in private hands.

My opinion is the founders should delist it and protect it from the evil market. The whole point of a forum is to discuss and philosophise. I like this company, but I do not like what the stock market did to it.

Insight is a beautiful thing.

Speak to guys later, let us see where it trades at the end of the day.

Morning all

I stayed quiet in the morning stampede to 138p as to prove I have no AGENDA. I am to say at the end of the day those prices will be touched. People salvage what they can


The fallout is continuing for some opaque reasons. This is a good company, and I expect the founders to take it out of the market , hopefully, they will buy it at a bargain price.

I'm pretty jealous of you guys getting in at this price. I seriously topped up yesterday at 1.55 and 1.50 from earlier purchases at 2.07. I have rules I stick to on maximum holdings so I can't buy more. :/ We'll see some serious director buys soon.
