Materna (founder) took another 100,000 shares yesterday at 253p. That's just shy of £500k he's spent in a week to increase to 25% shareholding..

Any offer would have to be 300p plus. I have fair value at around 260-280p, plus any premium on top of that. All speculation, of course!

Yes but any such offer would need to be all the better on seeing that, far from being a desperate seller, the founder is still happy to accumulate at 220p ...?
