yes I take your points - definitely STAF are operating in areas maybe more in demand, and they're larger for sure but it's their gearing that is of concern on first glance, but will dig deeper ??

Have you checked the revenue metric? The balance sheet metric and the fact that STAF are operating in the area where the skills shortage and demand is?

200p if it closes below this on a 2 day basis it opens a fall to 150 unless traders remorse sets in . On a 6mth chart 50day MA is 132 MACD and Rsi badly oversold indicating a reversal but below 132 this is no longer a growth stock and the BEARS are in charge

Perception is everything...The perception from the report allowed for the shorts to gain control... The news was not wonderful, more like adequate... When no buyers appeared, the green light for small persistent sellers to take advantage ensued.

Look at the trades. Small regular sells to affect the order book. No buyers, so hence falling heavily on low volume.

Positive news, and the share climbs the stairs... Negative news and the share falls off a cliff... Basic human psychology and the negativity bias at play here... Shorts currently in command. That will change very soon as they close out and the buyers return.

The name change was to separate the primary recruitment businesses (Matchtech, Networkers) from the Solutions business (outsourcing), and from the employer brand. Gattaca as a name was widely ridiculed at the time, but the Gattaca Solutions business has sprung up from it and that is where a lot of the future growth is likely to come. The challenge it seems is the direction. Are they going to focus on the outsourcing business or continue to feed the contingent recruitment businesses with investment? They kind of need to pick a direction.
