11/1/2021 17:39 | Several of AIM’s higher quality companies issued positive trading updates and in quick time after their year ends. Investor's Champion's latest update covers some cracking companies. #gama #qtx #sag | energeticbacker
11/1/2021 11:30 | A very safe business in a growing market, I don't expect it to produce ridiculous returns over the short term, but can see a nice compounder if held for several years as it expands into new geographies with new opportunities. A solid update and so happy to keep holding. | jamessmith23
11/1/2021 07:13 | Impressive update. Cash balance £54m, slightly higher than last year despite acquisitions costing £48m, dividends of £10.4m, and no government support taken. | alan@bj
07/1/2021 09:14 | We must be due a trading update very soon. Last year's was on January 15th. | alan@bj
11/12/2020 08:00 | Inclined to agree - historically it just drops sometimes when it goes a while with no news. The Brexit thing would look a bit of a red herring as they've already stated they do not expect this to have a material detrimental impact on the existing business or on expansion overseas. Other than this their risk statement just mentions they're doing a bit of stockpiling of new equipment to ensure continuity of new installs (sensible). If you take the £15 mid Jan peak and the expected 19% eps growth and cash generation since looks a bargain to be getting that for free. I wouldn't be surprised to also get an 'ahead' statement shortly either as they've already upgraded once and the interims were back on 8/9. | alphabeta4
10/12/2020 12:40 | Not aware of any company specific news or revised broker EPS downgrades. Looking almost oversold, with a possible trading statement in mid Jan and the 200dma looming large, I'd normally be tempted to play a potential bounce off it. However with the Brexit shenanigans coming to a head, possibly over weekend, think I'll refrain for the time being. | firtashia
10/12/2020 12:19 | Been wondering the same myself... | alan@bj

09/10/2020 11:31 | Quite like the underlying business and how the share price is behaving. After covering my latest trade a few weeks ago, I am now keeping an eye out for another low risk entry point. We're getting close and I will jump back in if and when the opportunity will arise. Good luck all holders. | tongosti
03/10/2020 16:16 | Quite a lot of funds have gamma in their top 10 holdings: | b dazzler
01/10/2020 00:35 | Someone might want to check this, but on a quick glance... SLA currently have 10% of Gamma [GAMA], Kames 5% and, as of a couple of weeks ago Blackrock bought 5%.Just saying... | steveo21
09/9/2020 09:59 | See Toople (TOOP) who are a Gamma and BT reseller, contributing to Gamma's increased indirect sales and market cap only £4.3m but could 100x bag. | city chappy
08/9/2020 17:16 | I agree Fuji, I spotted Gamma appearing in a couple of funds in my SIPP a year ago. Took a good look and couldn't fault them on anything! UCaaS has to be a major growth sector for many years to come. They're ramping up their MS Teams offerings plus I'm very impressed with Gamma's directors and NEDs.Deffo a long term play as they continue acquisitions into Europe.Another couple of solid growth years and some Global player will start sniffing around! | steveo21
08/9/2020 13:09 | Brexit ? Maybe GAMMA will transport their technology by trucks via the channel-tunnel ? In fact with or without Brexit what's the difference to a technology/telecom company ? Wonder if Brexit will ever happen to the likes of Google, Amazon or Microsoft as they're not even Europeans hahahaha. In fact, currency wise, a weak Sterling versus a strong Euro "due to Brexit" will be beneficial to Gamma. Any income in Euros from Europe will increase its Sterling revenues via its exchange weakness. | fuji99
08/9/2020 12:44 | Sorry I can't see that - you're one of my longtime filtered. | hawaly
08/9/2020 12:27 | Been worrying about brexit for the past 5 years ... then covid-19 came out of the blue. | 2toptrader
08/9/2020 11:48 | Too many are blithely overlooking a no deal BREXIT - the currency markets are not among them though. GLA 😎 | hawaly
08/9/2020 11:32 | Ticking nicely all the boxes for a long term growth play. IMO the recruitment of the new directors is to help opening the French market. Then you have the biggest European economies (Germany, UK, France) as Gamma playing grounds. Italy could be next after France. | fuji99
08/9/2020 11:16 | A small increase in forecasts by Progressive Equity Research this morning - adjusted EBITDA raised by 1.7% for both FY20 and FY21. This is a relatively new holding for me and I thought today's interims were excellent with an opportunity for a full year beat - perhaps. | crazycoops
08/9/2020 09:24 | I've got these in my long term pf, very well run and similar to the HLMA story. Good for trading as well, but this is more of a long term investment. | 2toptrader
08/9/2020 09:18 | As expected excellent numbers on all fronts. This reminds me of AVV, CCC and AVON share prices ... Hold and be patient. | fuji99
08/9/2020 07:34 | incredible results in incredible hard times ! Very lucky to be invested in such a gem. I see a very bright future for Gamma and its shareholders. Well done. | fuji99
08/9/2020 07:22 | Topped up the morning of the trading update at 14 80 and didn't expect to be able to do the same for results but here we are. Unsurprisingly results are incredibly strong, increased dividend, growth coming from organic and acquisitions and seeing the gearing effect come through with a smaller increase in sales leading to a larger increase in the bottom line. To be able to do that during a pandemic and while acquiring multiple businesses is quite incredible. Earning at the top end of the range at c50p, all very happy days and potential for an "ahead of expectations" later in the year.Just a consistently well run company, the holding I expect to keep probably for the longest of all my shares. | jamessmith23
07/9/2020 09:17 | Anything around £15 is a nice entry indeed. These will go far higher in the next few months. I am thinking about the trend of the likes of AVV and CCC for example. | fuji99 |
