I think this is because according to the articles they have 7 years before they expire. They were given out in August 2013. I presume at a strike price below 16p.

Wow wow, two American directors, Wilson and Ryan, turned their options of more than 1.5mil shares at 13p. For the last 7 years that they’re in this company, these two didn’t accumulate 200k shares together, even when the shares were as low as 4p. We should be ready for some big news or some kind of takeover, because I can’t see any other reason for why these two would do this now? Please somebody correct me if I’m wrong.

You dont understand how this works do you? The price would have been set years ago when the options were granted. No one is going to exercise options that are under water, so QED directors exercise when they are in the money. Its not a GMR thing it applies right across the market.

For the last five years, I never saw the price hanging in a 1p level in relationship with a small, volatile volume. Which is finally bringing a different, positive outlook on this company. Unfortunately, the share price is still small, so characters like Ron and Swisspole are able to accumulatively buy 50 shares and massage our brains on a daily basis with pre-pub, post-pub idioms. On top of all that, their football supporter spirits are on a different level. I respect their resilience, and to be honest, it’s nice to open this chat and seeing those two always brings a smile on my face

Effectively as lockdown eases people will have less time to play and growth will slow - I believe that's what scsw pretty much said. It's ok to stick your fingers in ears and ignore the bear case.

This is far far too small to worth the effort for MM actions, except for some fantasists. If we disregard small share trades who were hoping for a fast return, we will have only one more wave of a big sale of people who were hoping for a fast takeover of this company. But not before 20p.
