They'll not be a placing here..

They'll talk about a placing but it will drag on for so long and eventually fall through in time for someone to come in and snap it all up for next to nothing.

Eurasia (EUA) shares traded at over 250p in 1997, relative to their 25-30p level today. The market for platinum and palladium is very healthy and with the backing of Anglo the group could deliver a handsome return for shareholders over the longer run. But the Urals region is not without its risks and hazards. One for the speculative investor only. https://citywire.co.uk/funds-insider/news/eurasia-mining-secures-2-million-for-precious-metals-developments/a206356 ARTICLE FROM 2000 ! ................ LOTS WILL BE FILLING THERE BOOTS WITH EUA WHICH COULD 2 BAG FOR STARTERS !!!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL

Peel Hunt own 14%?

That's a bit high for normal market making activity. Are they investors too or is it held like a nominee for clients or something?

Cheers sleeven.

It doesn't look here at all.

I can only guess really because who really knows but JLP might be the participant in any prospective placing imo.

Placing to raise cash and give JLP 30% interest in GLR and ultimately star zinc. GLR still can't afford to get to production so a JV is signed, allowing JLP to increase their stake to 50% by putting up 50% of the build cost.. GLR then will be out of cash as that placing money will end up back at JLP to cover their share of the build and thus will need to sign more of the JV rights over to JLP for taking on the rest of the build costs and thus the cycle repeats itself.

Leaving GLR with around 20% interest in star zinc for an initial placing of 350k

Pure guess and speculation, just having some fun :-P

The real question though is whether or not JLP will dilute shareholders like they did for plactro and milton

Bought @ 1.23p sold @ 1.22p, after what I thought might happen didn't.

Either another placing as above or taken over by JLP. Certainly bust soon if no further cash injection (think BMR).

Placing and the cash spent on more drilling THEN JLP takeover would be the better outcome.

Further share price falls to come as PI's realize what's about to happen IMV.

Hi Sleeven,

I've been keeping my eye on this for about a year, never bought and not sure if I will, I have a feeling that this could be JLP's next acquisition (modus operandi BMR)

What are your thoughts here, are you holding?

Another placing soon I suspect.

£400k ought to do it for the current 6 months.

Interims due in about 4 weeks should confirm it, if it's not happened by then that is!
