Not sure about 99% but in the main I agree with you. They are vehicles for their CEO's to live a lifestyle on gullible shareholders money. I think RRR is probably a good example of that.

But look at Jubilee which Colin set up, despite the very disappointing share price currently, that company is a good reference to what can be done. Nobody would/should suggest GLR is risk free but projects are real, investors have been to site and seen Luonsobe etc and met with Cooper Lemon etc. This is not a scam. If you believe it is you should go all in with your short imo. I won't go all in with my long but I do have 14M which shows I believe in it

Sandfire, BHP, FQ, and Rio know the score,
In KCB assets, they're now at the fore.
While uninformed investors still scratch their heads,
The savvy ones buy and to riches are led.

Galileo now shines with two licenses gained,
A small-scale success that can't be contained.
With potential for riches from beneath the ground,
In Zambia's heart, new fortunes abound!

The GLR market cap has a large multiple coming.

In markets' ebb and flow, be wise from the start,
While fools rush in, the sage sets himself apart.
When all minds think alike, question what you see,
For in uniformity, errors often be.

Seek the scorned, the unloved, with safety's wide berth,
In turnaround tales, uncover hidden worth.
When crowds flee in fear, leaving shelves bare,
The astute investor will find treasures there.

If the herd turns left, dare to look right,
In downturns and sales, future gains burn bright.
Remember, in good times, profits are shown,
But in past bad markets, true fortunes are grown.

Like a lion, unmoved by bleating sheep,
Chart your own course, your convictions keep.
For in the contrarian's bold, divergent way,
Lies the path to riches, come what may.

Buy it from them when they’re puking and sell it back to them when they’re quacking.

Copper $9858. Hopefully $10k next month. Should trigger more investors soon.

Skipper, colin bird should have retired years ago but he realised it was so much easier to fund his lifestyle creating multiple AIM companies and. Why do you think he would stop when there are so many gullible people out there? He has made enough money to live in luxury for the rest of his life.

Colin Bird’s AIM record (as of March 24):

Time he became CEO of BZT- share price 0.5….now 0.02 (over 95% down)

Time he became CEO of XTR- share price 10...now 0.9

Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.0

A lot of money has been paid by private investors to fund these ‘companiesR17; but the more interesting question is how much money has been paid to Colin Bird, over these periods?

Nice to see the shorters showing such ‘concern’ for us investors.CB must be getting ready for retirement in a year or two imo and will deliver a lot of value for himself and his investors by the time he goes imo. This article is prophetic for the coming copper boom and GLR is very well placed in Botswana and elsewhere to benefit from First Quantum’s woes in Central and South America:

The KCB is certainly hot to trot at the moment with discoveries being made all around GLR’s territories and this suggests that GLR’s retained licenses have considerable value going forward. About time we had an update on the licenses farmed out to Sandfire though, and of course the Zambian assets which are also in elephant territory when it comes to discoveries.

2024 promises to be a very good year for investors in this company imo.

You must be even sadder than I suspected Festario if you are posting this frequently whilst you are on holiday.

In my experience most PI’s post bullish comments on the stocks they invest in and there is nothing wrong with that even when one is skimming a little profit at the same time if one has a large position. It’s called derisking and failing to derisk on big spikes is the worst mistake that investors can make. FWIW I sold a small proportion of my holding here on the recent spike but I’ll be adding them back if it drops back much further as I remain bullish on the company’s future trajectory.
